Shop owner didnt call the police. How does one get stopped for something if the apparent victim didnt get report it?

He didn't have to as another had already called.
Didn't you bother to read the report?
The owner was more than willing to press charges.

You dont have to report something? Hmm interesting theory... But then again why did the police chief even admit that Brown wasnt even stopped because of this unrepported "theft", but because of jaywalking?

You are speaking nonsense to what is known.
Read the police report for the theft.

So we are now back again to what was previously stated.
So again I ask; What do you not understand about the word reengaged?
Do you not understand that it means there was one engagement and then another?

    Let's try it this way.
What do you call it when an Officer engages you to tell you to get out of the road, pulls away for a few, only to reverse and reengage you about a theft that occurred?

Huh? What do you call that?

Now you are just being ridiculously absurd and deflecting.

That has nothing to do with you being wrong about the engagement between the two or of the actual theft.

Secondly, he didn't have his hands up surrendering but was moving towards the Officer he had already assaulted.

First it you tried to justify a murder with something that had nothing to do with the actual murder. Then it was provided that he did buy the items. Then it was provided also no one called the police to file some sort of "theft". Then it was provided the police admitted that the individual was stopped not because of a false "shoplifting incident" but because of jaywalking. You wanna see the eyewitnesses? How about those construction workers there?

    You are speaking nonsense again.
    There was no murder.
Someone did call the police, and the store owner/manger(?) was willing to press charges, because Mike Brown stole from the store and did not pay. NO video shows otherwise.
And WTH exactly did you not understand about his cohort admitting that he stole the cigars? Do you really not understand what that means?

And then you seem not willing to understand that there were two separate engagements.
So again, and pay attention this time.
They were engaged and told to get out of the street. That is ONE engagement.
That was the first and is not over the theft.
The Officer then disengaged and drove off a distance. Did you get that? He DISENGAGED.
The Officer than reversed his vehicle and engaged them for a second time over the theft. That is the SECOND engagement.

What exactly do you think matters about them?
That they were too far away to see and hear anything clearly?
That the demonstrated hands up is not a hands up in surrender, but a hands up in a taunting posture?
What exactly is it you want to say about these witnesses?

That they are socialists and therefore have a skewed viewed to start with?
    What?
