    /sarcasm

I am so sick of these protestors that won't even wait for the GJ to render their verdict and then if it goes on to a court trial to see the actual evidence. Of course I'm convinced that it won't matter what the verdict is. These clowns will continue to be idiots.
Agreed. They are looking for a circus.

I wonder about the choice of venue too. How...odd.

Appalling breach of decorum, period, but I don't understand the musicians applauding either. I hope it was a case of "Screw it--if you can't beat 'em, join 'em." I have performed many times with a symphony and in chamber settings and, of course, attended even more performances as an audience member, and cannot imagine ruining a concert in this way or anybody validating behavior such as this by applauding.

    Stop making things up.

As also previously pointed out, Tevin Thompson did not actually hear Dunn say "Are you talking to me?"

So again, nothing you just said coincides with the evidence.
None of Davis's friends said Dunn showed any signs of feeling disrespected.
He did not get angry, raise his voice or swear at Davis like Davis did towards Dunn when they could hear him or after they turned the music back up.

And yet you want us to believe that he felt so disrespected (while having not shown any such signs that he was), that he is just going to shoot someone he doesn't know.
    That is bs!
He felt threaten because of Davis's threats and actions.
Especially as Leland testified that Davis did try to get out of the vehicle.
Funny that nobody except the guy lying to save his ass from a murder conviction heard a threat or saw a lethal tripod.
If he opened fire on a car full of kids without being "agitated" then he is a cold blooded murderer...That's not better excon... nor is that a defense.
Dunn is a racist murderer who thought he could take advantage of Florida's SYG law and kill some black kids who like loud rap music and everybody knows that now...

:naught Lying? Racism? Cold blooded? Not!
Yes your claims are funny, and you are doing nothing more than playing your usual stupid game.
You spoke to his being agitated because he had been disrespected over music. Which turns out not to be true by the very testimony of Davis's friends.
So stop with this silly twisting and turning to avoid what you were arguing.

The only thing left for his reaction is his being in fear because of the threats that Davis made. Period.
Coupled with that of believing he saw a gun and Davis actually getting out of the vehicle to carry through with his threats it was about the threat made against him.
Do keep in mind that there was absolutely no reason for Davis to get out of the vehicle, except for the proffered reason of carrying through with his threats.
And the only evidence testified to was that Davis was the one agitated and that he got out of the vehicle.
    Just like Dunn said.

Davis's friend also testified that Davis had a phone in his hand, and we all know that even police can reasonable think that a phone is a gun and be cleared for killing under such circumstances.

So whether or not it was a real gun that had been gotten rid of and secreted away, a leg of a tripod that could appear to be a gun, or a phone, Dunn saw what he believed to be a gun.
As he open fired on a threat who then jumped back into the vehicle. That is not cold blooded anything, but a person responding to a threat until the threat was gone.

How about chanting "ALL lives matter." It seems that these protestors aren't mad that a criminal got killed only that it was a black criminal that got killed.

What if the criminal looked like Yo Yo Ma? Would they have done as they did? Don't think so.
