I really doubt that the cop wanted to mess with the whole thing. It was pretty obvious that if he arrested her for obstruction he wasn't going to get home by the time his shift ended. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that his choice not to arrest her is indicative of him not being swayed by any racial bias in this case.
not being charged doesn't mean you didn't do it.
Frankly with her snotty 'daddy' routine and the whining I cant imagine anyone is thrilled with her. People like her are representative of why most people just dont take race issues very seriously anymore.

The officer is terrific. So calm and professional and reasonable while she has hysterics. Good stuff. "You don't know what it's like growing up and being called a [n-word]!"
