A video of immediate reactions from a couple of construction workers who said, "he had his hands up". This just backs up more of the witnesses who said that Brown in fact did have his hands up in the air when he was shot multiple times. [/INDENT]
    What?
These witnesses did not say they were hands up in the air surrendering.
And if the video is any indication of how the hands were up, that fits perfectly with the hearsay account of taunting the Officer, not up as in surrendering.

Then we have both Dorian and the girl changing their accounts as to how the hands weren't actually up. Likely they have been told the surrendering bs isn't gonna fly.

Starting @ the 01:24 mark you can hear her change from her previous account to the new one of they "were just slowly going up, it probably didn't even get a chance to get all the way up there ..."
    WTF?
    Probably?
    It?

She is lying. Just as Dorian is.

It's not "real time". You can see the cops putting up crime scene tape so this was significantly after the shooting.
