Letter: Holder Aide Accidentally Calls Issa Staff for Help Spinning IRS Scandal

Yes, it sounds like something Issa would make up in conjunction with Breitbart, especially since Breitbart claims it's being audited by the IRS.

Remember this is the guy who used to steal cars for a living and burned down his own business to collect insurance. Issa's a criminal. Nobody but the conservative media takes him seriously.

Your position is one of extremism.
There is no reason to doubt this at this time.
If that time comes, cool.
Until then, as I said ...

Let's see, Breitbart and Issa make strange accusations, and there's no reason to doubt them?

Oh God that's funny.

:naughty
Brietbart is not making a strange accusation. They are reporting on an accusation witch is supported by letter.
Just as Sharyl Attkisson does also.
Sorry you don't like that.

So now we have Issa, a known car thief and liar, being quoted by Sharyl Attkisson, a rightwing nutjob who helped create the Fast and Furious quackery (also a Issa pet project), all on Breitbart, a crazy rightwing website. Yes, lots of credibility there.

iLOL
Do you get it?
It was the DOJ that started this ball rolling in the first place by requesting the information.
That is and should be part of any recap laying out what is known. And it is what you failed to include.

It's the J U S T I C E department. There is no justification for them to be playing political games with an investigation being conducted by a co equal branch of government. They are supposed to be finding truth on behalf of the american people by cooperating, instead one side is creating a smoke screen for political allies. To Hell with justice, to hell with truth, to hell with the tea party, and to hell with the public is the justice department's position.

To recap: a hit piece form Breitbart purports to have a letter from Issa, who reported that he has a staff member who claims that Fallon called him by mistake and said silly things.

Yeah, this is really convincing. Not one link of the chain has any credibility. If I were a betting man I'd say, Issa, his staff member and Breitbart are all lying.

And no one records calls in congressional offices. If they do, I wonder if the device malfunctioned? yea that's it... the recorder crashed, and the staffer that transcribes calls, well her hand had a cramp that day...

Your reply to me makes no sense, or did you not realize that our positions are similar?

We agree that there is no justification, however I believe they are indeed obstructing and spinning to protect political allies.
