Agreed that the more extreme Hindus don't play around. This may not be a very bright move, as far as the parts of this region where Muslims are a minority. It wouldn't surprise me to see Hindus totally purge them from certain parts of India. Too bad for the Muslims there who want to live in peace, but maybe more of that needs to happen. Muslim populations might not be so willing to accommodate Islamic supremacists if doing that brought them more suffering. The one sure way to end jihadism for all time is for Muslims generally to start treating jihadists as their deadly enemies.

Non partisans will be acknowledging that for a decade, the White House has told us that al Qaeda has been decimated.

Busy chasing off Saddam, the president and vice president had told us that Al Qaeda was spent. "Al Qaeda is on the run," President Bush said last week. "That group of terrorists who attacked our country is slowly but surely being decimated... They're not a problem anymore."

Excellent point. Yet in the case with our current President it's more about the vast quantity of bull**** and the variety.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Whatever dude. Here's the point. This thread was started to ridicule Obama for saying that al Qaeda is decimated, while pointing out that actually they are expanding. I then pointed out that 6 months into the Iraq war, Bush was saying the same thing, using the exact same language, which demonstrates the partisan nature of the op.

Yes narrowly looking at one specific instance one could claim equivalency. Yet my point was looking at Obama broadly, the variety and vast amount of bull**** that comes from his administration dwarfs possibly most if not all past Presidents.

The op was posted to specifically ridicule Obama for declaring the very same thing Bush did eleven years ago, and proves the partisan nature of the thread. This thread, very specific, not broad.

The intent of the OP is irrelevant. If you want to complain about it - complain to the poster who posted it.

That's precisely what I did, remember, you injected yourself, admitted my point was "excellent" and then in order to still find some way to criticise Obama, threw out your silly, and unprovable assertion that Obama bull****s more than Bush did. Which serves to prove my point, as with the op poster, you too are a mere partisan! What an asinine comment. The intent of the op in this thread is irrelevant!! Lol.

Except that Bush Junior corrected himself.....then explained that out with the War on Terror and it would not be like any other war we fought. Then explained that he knew Americans were War weary. But this was a War we cannot lose. That we must stay vigilant no matter how long the time.

He also mention Americans may not want the fight and the war to be over.....doesn't mean our enemy does.

In which he was correct and as our Enemy has shown.
