Everyone should take a concealed weapon permit class so they know these things even if they hate guns and would never carry one.
you don't meet non aggression with aggression.

if cops are allow to get violate, BECAUSE THEY JUST THINK someone might fight them......we are going to have many people hurt, because of a cops thoughts.

Because if your talk here is any indication of your actual behavior when coming in contact with police it's easy to see them rightfully tasing you.

Procedure said to arrest him. They should have arrested him and called it good. This situation was a show of excessive force and should not be tolerated. We should keep our law enforcement in check. They do, after all, work for us.
My trust that you actually know any police policy or procedure and have the experience to know how to carry them out can be expressed in negative numbers.

He was in a restricted/private area. Of course the cops have a right to ask for ID. The cops have no idea why he was there, for all they know he was up to no good. Had they not asked for an ID, and this guy had nefarious plans and a record... You would be one of the first demanding to know why the cops didn't ask for an ID when they first encountered him.

Hell, LutherF stated the procedure himself. I actually wasn't the one that brought up the proper procedure in this situation, he was.

Because I refuse to talk to them? Usually when I deal with cops I'm not cooperative, but that is because as I see it I never consented to their authority over me. They can leave at any point and bother someone that did. Good luck to them with that though.

Talking is not the problem, really. It's your inability to listen that will become a shocking experience.

ecofarm answered rightly. But really, you're not going to listen, you've taken the I do what I want when I want to stand. Sounds good on the internet but gets you tased in real life.
