    On hot days the temp inside a closed car is more like an oven and substantially higher than the outside temperature....especially if the car is black.

    Upon conviction, he should be locked in a hot car for the same amount of time that poor dog was.

    I thought it was a common fact that a car's interior can reach 120-140 degrees on a hot day. But with an average 37 kids dying each year when left in a hot car it is becoming common knowledge that we are not the sharpest knives in the drawer.
