So...it is the opinion of the OP that Mike Brown pays for cigars THEN throws around store clerks half his size. SO what you are saying is not that he was dishonest but that he was a violent thug.

    MUUUUUUUUUUCH better perspective.

Whatís more appalling is that the supposed robbery likely had nothing to do with the altercation between Wilson and Brown, as the video was not obtained until well after Brown had been shot and killed by Wilson.

Itís shameful that the Ferguson authorities would engage in such tactics. Even if Brown had robbed the convenience store, it is irrelevant to the circumstances of the shooting.

Does this look like footage of someone committing a crime?
This article makes a greater point, one that I think we can't afford to ignore. That point being there seems to be a consistent practice of people shooting unarmed young black men dead then the media demonizing them by creating a false narrative that draws from and perpetuates unfounded stereotypes and prejudices.

Sometimes I'm not sure which disgusts me more. The people who create these lies or the people who allow themselves to be distracted by them and lose sight of an obvious injustice.

Does anyone really believe that ALL of these stories of young unarmed black men being shot dead are BS? If so, I see that as a somewhat willing ignorance.
Interesting to note, it wasn't the attendant, store manager or clerk who called the cops, it was a customer who told cops that they thought they witnessed a robbery.

I have been advocating against the Ferguson police and for Mr. Brown throughout the entire process, but this truly shows no evidence of him paying. Honestly, the video is irrelevant. No matter if he stole cigars or not, that does not justify killing him.

No one has ever said it does.

Written/typed in the OP link, all ya gotta do is read the article.

According to attorneys for the Ferguson Market, where the hypothetical robbery took place, not a soul at the store called the police to report the robbery. Instead, it was a customer who called and reported that he thought he had witnessed a robbery.

For the record, the story Brown's accomplice is trying to sell the media is beyond ridiculous in this regard as well.

"The cop reached out through the window and tried to choke Michael around the neck."

Yea... We're expected to believe that this pudgy, unassuming guy...

Was stupid enough to attempt something like that on the behemoth we saw in that video?

    Give me a ****ing break.

I found that interesting too. Doesn't it make sense that if a "strong arm" robbery had taken place someone who worked for the store and was actually robbed would have called. I am admittedly a little distracted from the new news right now but at this point I don't know if the store owner or clerk has confirmed that any robbery or attempted robbery had taken place. The version of the story I read most recently was that he wanted more cigars than he could afford and had to put some back and that the clerk pushed him first from behind the counter. This version actually makes a little more sense to me and might explain why a customer looking on from the outside might think a robbery was taking place.

Also, why do all the other videos only show MB roughing up this skinny little clerk? What is that supposed to prove? Are we not even supposed to consider the possibility that he was provoked by the clerk?

It's also suspect to me that alot of the same people who justify smacking a woman if she provokes him is giving this guy **** for roughing up this clerk who is half his size.
