    OH THE IRONY
They preach that? Interesting. I've been a Libertarian for years, and never preached that you can't trust the government. I preach small government. Where are these Libertarians you hang out with?

I don't take the word of the police. I take the word of the friend of Brown's who says they robbed the store. See how interesting and not ironic that is? Or maybe I should trust this blog, believe the kid is a liar, and then question his statements that Brown was shot in cold blood.

Because Libertarians are all about anarchy and must be 100% anti-government regardless of the situation... right?
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

AS best I can tell that is only being reported now by Gateway Pundit, which is just about as unreliable a source as can be. Like with everything else, I would recommend waiting till a real news outlet picks up on it. Until then, just file it like this story, speculation.

    So many gems today...

The judicial branch checks the executive branch through the courts. Police officers and state or federal prosecutors are all part of the executive branch, and the judicial branch is responsible for overseeing their behavior and protecting citizens from unjust prosecution.

The executive branch is comprised of public officials such as presidents, governors, mayors, etc. These officials determine and implement official responses to new laws. They determine the agencies and personnel who will be responsible for enforcing laws. The police fall under the administrative control of this branch.

Executive branch. The legislative branch makes the laws, the judicial branch interprets the laws, and the executive branch enforces the laws. Although you may be tempted to say judicial, that branch only deals with the courts.

If this video is proof of a robbery, I'm having a hell of a time buying it.
Yeah, because everybody knows it's normal to choke a clerk every time you visit the market. Right?

The police are under the executive branch of government. They are the government. Are you seriously going to argue that fact? What's next? Pepper spray is just a food condiment and someone telling you that they'll "shell you" if you don't move is a pick up line?
