    Police busted!!

Fun game: Walk into your local convenience store and look where they keep the cigars. If "Big Mike" was going to be stealing cigars he would be leaning over the counter to grab them. Hey look, a video of "Big Mike" leaning way over the counter and coming back with a fist full of cigars! Imagine that...
Clearly, stealing some cigars is punishable by death without a trial.

    The cops shouldn't protect themselves.

Where is the officer's version, beside from third parties? Where has the officer himself made a statement?

I am not calling anyone a liar until all the real evidence is presented. I am simply being realistic that either side can be lying at this point where nothing really is known except hearsay.
I call my own shots, largely based on an accumulation of data, and everyone knows it.

Please stop with the extremist hyperbole.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

You are familiar with the concept of shoplifting?

Look, Rocket, you were the one who posted this video as proof that Brown paid for the cigars. I am pointing out that this "evidence" is flimsy as all hell and that in order to steal cigars from a convenience store you are required to be at the counter where the cigars are kept. Video of Brown standing at the counter is consistent with a guy stealing cigars... as is leaning way over the counter as Brown does since the cigars are usually kept on the wall behind the counter.

Also, He was not shot for stealing the cigars, he was shot for attacking a police officer.

Trying to paint Mike Brown as a poor young kid in order to convict a police officer opens the door for people to point out that sweet innocent lil' Mikey Brown was actually "Big Mike" a 6'4" 290lb street thug.

These are not my words but his.

I think you are not interested in knowing the truth because you wouldn't even question these two conflicting stories. :

They don't contradict each other. When Officer Wilson initially encountered Brown and his friend walking in the middle of the street and interfering with traffic, he didn't know about the robbery. Only later, when Wilson pulled forward to observe them, did he receive the call about the robbery.
