National Guard called in to Ferguson

Hi! Lutherf

I think the rumour was put out ..... but I don't think a verbatim record of the policeman's statement made within hours after the shooting has been made public as yet.

Calm

there is NO proof yet that Brown assaulted the cop.

Not a single shred of proof.

Assaulting a person will leave marks on the body. And the autopsy found NONE.

In the actualy civilised world, where there is no incest, racism is seen as disgusting and people wash themselves more often than just once a week, scientific evidence is what people want to see concerning a crime.

Not the ramblings of a guy with a confederate flag tatood on his forehead.

Wilson was treated for injuries after the shooting. Yes, there is evidence. That's a fact, not the ramblings of a guy with a swastika armband.

Would you recommend tanks? Apache gunships? Napalm? What exactly does hammering them hard mean?

My, my, my, but you are getting hyperbolically excited.

Enough force as is necessary for compliance by the rioting and looting morons.

Detainment, arrest, and deadly force if lives are at stake.

Very simple.

So you aren't ruling out tanks, apache gunships, napalm, or anything else? Got it. Thanks for the clarification. That would sure as hell hammer them hard and teach others of their ilk not to consider protesting anything done to them.

Stop spewing your hyperbolic lies.

Unless the rioters/looters have tanks themselves, there is no use for such hardware.

And nowhere did I suggest any force be used against peaceful protestors.

Obviously you are incapable of understanding the difference between rioters/looters and everyone else.

Stop acting like an uneducated little child.

I think that the police officer must of been questioned immediately after the shooting and he must of signed a statement. At least his version of what happened.

Where is that statement?

Nobody is asking for a "Complete" statement of the facts overnight ..... they are asking for the statement which must of been provided to the supervisors by the policeman before he was allowed to leave the station for home on the very first day. Nobody is demanding that the complete facts be known today. They want to know what the policeman's version (his justification or reasoning) was within hours of the shooting. Not after every witness has been interviewed and after the case has been made ready for a final decision as to prosecution or not.

I think that the police are holding back until they interview all the eye witnesses and know the evidence against the officer and thus will be using the additional eyewitness evidence which they have gotten to know over these past few days to give the officer a chance to change his original statement.

It seems to me that the officer must of said within the original statement immediately after the shooting that he was not aware that there was a strongarm robbery at the store, or the chief would not of mentioned this fact, and because it was this chief who took or heard the officers statement within hours after the shooting.

But perhaps after being given the opportunity of changing his original statement over these past days, the mixup or error is because the police officers statement has changed since the original and now the officers statement will read that he did know that the dead man was a wanted man.

I would never trust any statement from this police officer which is said to be the truth now.

Calm

you understand that he doesnt have to make a statement, right?

i dont know if he did....or didnt

but i do know he doesnt have to.....

then it is up to the state to determine if enough evidence exists to charge

that is what the investigation is ascertaining

Stop being macho man with your 'hammer them hard' bull**** and maybe I'll consider it.

As opposed to tea, crumpets, and kissing their ass, damn right they need to learn compliance.

Could you please stop taking anecdotes of single instances and characterizing them as general issues with the police as a whole? Thanks in advance!

"single instances"? There are hundreds of police abuse films on YouTube, if not thousands. When people get arrested for filming police that is a violation of their rights. Maybe you should educate yourself about these abuses. But then again most people want to believe in that white bread world of "trust us we know what is best for you". Do yourself a favor and at least check out some of those videos. Thanks in advance.

There are 750,000 sworn police officers in the US. What do you think the rate of corruption is? Can you back it up?

And why would the burden of proof be on me? The proof is alive and well in Ferguson. And as I said before, do yourself a favor and check out Police Abuse videos on YouTube. And Open carry illegal stops. There are very many. Choice is yours. Keep your head in the sand or shake it out of your eyes.

That the White Folks get unemployment cheques and nobody knows they are unemployed, but the Black Folks get food stamps and everybody knows it at all retail outlets in the community.

I have never found an instance in history where the Ruling Class ever gave anything to the Lower Class without the threat of violence.

For sure, I know of no military dictatorship that has been overthrown by nonviolent action.

Matin Luther King and Ghandi were doing the same thing that Roosevelt did in In 1932/1933 in order to quell the violence and the plot to take over the White House.

The final and most pertinent threat that Martin Luther King gave to the Ruling Class was that he was forming a union for the garbage workers. This was the largest threat ever faced by the Ruling Class since the end of WWII.

To start off... unemployment checks come when you lose your job. Food stamps come when you can no longer feed your family. Neither depends on color.

If the biggest threat MLK had in your opinion was a garbage union then your either delusional or badly in need of a history lesson.

When writing my earlier comments, I did not want to use unfamiliar terminology.

When the officer fired his gun, he had to write an incident report and state why he used his weapon. This report would of been date and time stamped.

It is just normal procedure.

I am not thinking about what the ongoing investigations will show, I am thinking that the public is asking to see the report which must be completed before the officer left the police station and allowed to go home on the night of the shooting.

It is mandatory that the officer complete an incident report within hours of the shooting. The officer has no choice but to complete the report. It is the law.

I feel that the reason the statement has not been made public might well be because in order for the Blue Line to be effective within the police department, they needed to know the video and witness statements which were yet to be reviewed or interviewed.

I think that the officers statement will not hold any credibility now because the Blue Line interfered in the process right from the beginning.

The Officer received injury to his face that required hospitalization.

I think any such report came after that.

The point I was making is that it appears or seems to be that when non-white people find the need to utilize social programs, they are shamed within the media and called lazy.

And yet, we all know that the major reason why such social programs were targeted towards the non-white community was because the Ruling Class know and recognize that there is an underlying theme of racism across the country and the programs are used to sort of compensate in lieu of this social fact.

White People are more affluent than non-whites. In most cases, the only time they ever used a government funded social program is when they were unemployed.

And I pointed out that white unemployed people who utilize social programs are not having to tell the world that they are on government assistance via unemployment cheques. When it comes to food stamp use, the whole world knows and it is very humiliating for the folks using the program.

Especially when the program was geared towards trying to compensate for the racism across American society.

"When it comes to food stamp use, the whole world knows and it is very humiliating for the folks using the program"? Really? If that is the case we better stop offending the illegals coming across the borders, and NOT give them any food stamps. I am all for that idea.

No!

No copy of this written report has been made public as yet.

All we have is the chief making statements and/or friends of the policeman calling into TV stations attempting to give a version of events.

Yes.
His hospitalization and treatment come first, the report after.
It may have been the next day or even the day after, but his hospitalization and treatment came first.

No copy of this written report has been made public as yet.
And?
I never claimed it had.

Matters not to what I said.
While his hospitalization is a claim released by the Chief, it is highly unlikely it isn't true. And such hospitalization and treatment would come first. Any report would have been made after that.

When we review history, I think that there is a great possibility that the violence is being created by provocateurs and informants in order to justify a greater use of suppression by the police. The chaos (and gassing, pepper spray) is deliberately created in order to persuade people to cower before the forces and accept the suppression being heaped upon them and stay at home.

With every report of a shooting, it is just a way of telling the people within the community that they should stay home or they will get hurt. The same trip happened with how the Occupy Wall Street was dealt with.

Firstly; to know where I am coming from, I would need to explain why I hold such a dim view of American justice or Democracy.

And then I need only recall recent history at least what has occurred during my lifetime.

The most paramount instance of where my disrespect towards the "System" began was in the 1960's.

I recall "Operation Northwoods".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Northwoods

Yes, it can be said that the action did not take place, but the very fact that an attack upon American citizens could be even mentioned at the highest echelons of the American government and not leave everyone aghast with such ideas, speaks for itself. The people having such conversations were not charged or castigated but rather promoted.

One would of thought that any government representative who even began to suggest such an action would of been taken out back and shot. (At least get a mental examination.) But this memorandum or suggestion was actually moved up the chain of command for further consideration at the White House.

On the very first day of the Occupation of Wall Street, we saw infiltration by the police. We were leaving Zucotti Park and were stopped in traffic by the rear of the park. We saw an unmarked van open, in the front seat were two uniformed police and out of the back came two men dressed as occupiers wearing backpacks, sweatshirts, and jeans. They walked into Zucotti Park and became part of the crowd.

How many agents or infiltrators can we expect to see inside a movement? One of the most notorious “police riots” was at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. Independent journalist Yasha Levine writes: “During the 1968 protests of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, which drew about 10,000 protesters and was brutally crushed by the police, 1 out of 6 protesters was a federal undercover agent.

The Man Who Armed the Panthers
The man who armed the Black Panthers turns out to have been an FBI informant. FBI files, uncovered by journalist Seth Rosenfeld, reveal that Richard Aoki, a prominent activist in the 1960s who was the first to supply the Black Panthers with guns and weapons training, was also an undercover FBI source. A mysterious character who always sported sunglasses, even at night, Aoki was a militant leader of the Third World Strike and an activist with the Asian American Political Alliance at UC Berkeley.

Wow, so you dont see a difference between food stamps and unemployment? You also do realize that saying only minorities receive food stamps is highly racist right? The program was geared towards feeding starving people.... I will be the first to say I have major problems with the food stamp program, but my issues are not with the color of the people that receive them, but with the character of some of those who do. I can honestly say this is probably the first post I've seen on this forum that would probably be better suited on stormfront.

I honestly hope you don't believe minorities are incapable of working and have to be feed by taxpayers and while doing so taxpayers give them ebt cards that they have to pay with in public to shame them....wow.

Hi! DrPepper

Of course I know that it is not only black people who receive Food Stamps.

I was attempting to explain how the visible minority communities feel like when using Food Stamps. It is a much more shameful experience than those receiving Unemployment money, as an example. And there are many other examples.

And that the visible minority communities feel it to be a painful experience when recognizing that one of the main reasons for government programs being specifically addressed to these communities was in an attempt towards easing the pain of racism (the racial inequality) which is prevalent within America.

As to your comment about StormFront, ... that is always the only defense that Pro-Israel supporters have to justify their position or views. Calling somebody an Anti-Semite is like calling somebody a child molester.

When an Pro-Israeli commenter stoops to these ultra low tactics, I heartily laugh and chuckle aloud because I realize that they are simply stating the only real defense for supporting Israel's actions in Palestine, and which is/are meaningless.

Hi! Excon

Whether there was a delay of a day or a few hours while the officer was receiving medical attention, the officer had to complete an incident report before he was allowed to go home at the end of the day.

So, where is that report?

It is this original report which the protesters want to see today. Not in court months down the road. Not after the officer has been given ample opportunity to rewrite the incident report.

And the protesters want to view this report today.

And there is no excuse for not making it public unless it might be allowed to be changed or altered as more witnesses came forward which might question this original report. Because of the Police Blue Line, there is a possibility that the officer is being allowed to change his story as the evidence is being collected from witnesses and video.

And, I think or suspect this is just what is happening.

The first original statement must of claimed that the policeman was not aware of the robbery and the chief knew this and said so.

But, perhaps because the chief did not realize that the officer's statement had since changed since the State took control (and the chief was out of the loop) that the statement will now claim is that the officer was aware of the robbery.

This is what I think happened.

There is another issue which I find critical ....

The police are always found in TV Land encouraging the public to rat-out a neighbor and praise the informants endlessly with claims that they are doing the proper and moral thing .... while at the same time the police themselves have nothing but disgust towards anyone within their own ranks from ratting-out somebody from the Blue Line.

Wtf are you talking about?
Are you incapable of following or understanding what was said and replied to?
You claimed it had to be made immediately, and you are just wrong when there are extenuating circumstances like having to be hospitalized for the injuries you received.

That is the report which the protesters want to see today.
They also want his death.
They also want him arrested and charged with murder and conviction.

I care not what these idiots what.
They can wait their happy ass until it is released.

Wrong.

I am sure you do.
Just as I am sure your life here under the guise of "calm" will be very limited.

:doh
No.
The Chief's made his statement and as he continued to verbalize what happened, it was clarified.

This is what I think happened.
Convoluted nonsense.
