- There was never a good war, or a bad peace.
- Idealistically, everything should work as you planed it to. Realistically, it depends on how idealistic you are as to the measure of success.
- Better to be a pessimist before, and an optimist afterwords.
This wont get much attention, when it comes out, the media will be yelling about how their is no justice for black people.
Everything was so crazy at the time--reporters from everywhere, even the BBC--that I didn't realize what the deal was for a few days. But then I understood that they had dropped by "just to say hey" because they had stuff they had to speak aloud about to somebody that they didn't want to take home to their families because it was so terrible.

The catch-all at this point will be the ballistics report. If Wilson's sidearm was discharged in his vehicle, it will support his side of the story more so than the witnesses. Add on the side recording of the guy saying he saw Brown charge the officer, than Wilson should not be charged and this deemed a justified shooting. Could be further supported if there are gun powder residue on Brown's clothing.
Sorry, an unarmed man at 6'4" 240lb charging you after already trying for your weapon justifies use of force.
Of course, just speculation. Still on the fence until more facts emerge.
A source with knowledge of the investigation says a radio caller's account matches the one given by Officer David Wilson.
