Lawyer: Police Haven't Talked To Michael Brown Shooting Witness

It just seems more likely the cop was an asshole and wanted to kill someone. So he hit him with his door then tried to pull him into the car just so he can shoot him. This cop prolly thought he was getting ignored/snubbed by a gangster and he ended up picking on good citizen who is willing to try to get away from danger, once he recognized teh cop was coercing him, until he was scared to death and then finished off.

Its sad that we live in a world where you trust average joe's testimony more than a cop's. But in this case the witness has NOTHING to gain and the cop has EVERYTHING to lose. Cops have an entire lifelong carreer to worry about with pension at the end. I wouldn't trust a single thing they said unless the event was captured and recorded.

Every single cop needs a gun that takes pictures as it fires and a helmet cam that always captures what they are looking at. Anything less is insanity and negligence from the top down.

Isn't this all a little broad? There are rogue cops, absolutely. But to say that all of them are bad is a little much.

Wow, just wow. What's sad is there are more people now that think like that. You haven't a clue what cops do on a daily basis. And if you think enrollment in a community college is an indication of virtue or positive outlook, there's just no hope of a clue.

So, gangsters frequently go to community college? I wasn't aware of that. It's to train them in the art of being a gang member or what? Surprised they offer classes in that at the local community college.

And here's the thing - you're assuming these guys were 'thugs' based on FAR less than what dirtpoorchris is using to judge this police officer. The officer actually shot and killed an unarmed young man whose only 'crime' before being stopped by the cop was walking in the street, unarmed, talking to his friend. You believe he murdered Brown.

Second, there isn't any evidence Brown had any kind of criminal record. So he was a gang member who stayed out of trouble through age 18, then decided to go to college? Sounds about right for a thug from the inner city.....
 
The only thug on the street that day in Ferguson was the white cop who murdered a black un-armed teen.
Where is our friend Excon? ... why isn't he defending this piece of murderous excrement?

Can't speak for Buck Ewer, but it doesn't bother me. I don't generally go around and see what everyone's opinion is, then decide if I should think a certain way based on who might or might not agree with me. I'm surprised that's how you go about making decisions. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but if you need to be led around like a sheep to know what to think, I guess that's OK.

I didn't anywhere say Brown was a gang member. All that supposition is on you.

And yes, unrelated to this event, gang members certainly do attend community colleges. The rest of that rant are just silly assumptions on your part.

No, apparently all they have to do is have a run-in with a cop, get shot, shot while running away in the back, then shot again when they turn around to surrender. Or, appear on TV to talk about the incident in some way that you think clearly indicates "couching" (sic) by the likes of Al Sharpton. Or maybe just be young and black and different than you. I'm not sure...

Yup, damage control. This just may end with administrative action, a settlement containing a non-disclosure agrement, and a carefully worded no-questions-taken press conference.

I think you're right. This happened over 72 hours ago and the police haven't released a definitive statement. It looks like they're trying to get their story straight.

"They" haven't been accused of assaulting the officer - the dead person is being accused of that. The police in the clip said "one person complied, the other didn't" to a request to get the f on the sidewalk, or words to that effect. So if he complied with the officer's request, however stated, he's still a thug?

The right wing thinks that if you have a scuffle with the cops, your automatically the aggressor, always. And they will deny that police brutality is a concern.
