We may never be able to visit extra terrestrial worlds, and they may never be able to visit us.
But, if we could confirm that life does exist outside of this little blue dust mote we call home, it would satisfy human curiosity about extraterrestrial life.
So, is satisfying human curiosity worthwhile?
Can't we just turn Congress off and then turn it back on again?
