There's no such thing as a democrat party CJ. Obama is the leader of the Democratic Party. It's just that for obvious reasons republicans falsely refer to the Democratic Party as such.

Like I said in my previous post, Democrats like to bastardize the English language and align themselves with words they believe are feel good but don't describe themselves at all - in fact, they use words to obfuscate. Like referring to oneself as a "progressive" when you're nothing more or less than a tax and spend liberal - but being a "progressive" sounds so much more friendly and feel good than the alternative.

I didn't see it as serious as well, but I have no issue with the SS checking it out. Her words warranted it. Armchair secret service agents behind the cloak of an internet bulletin board have no insight into whether she is an idiot or a threat.

Quite the opposite as I just proved to you. There is no such thing as a democrat party, it doesn't exist. An individual may be a democrat. Obama is the leader of the Democratic Party. Tax and spend makes much more sense than borrow and spend.

Well, you get the best of both worlds because most liberals love to tax and borrow and spend.

It is remarkable, however, that so much effort is put into defending oneself against being called a Democrat. I mean, I wouldn't want to be so accused, but those who are should be proud of it - why all the need to hide behind other terms/words?

Reagan led the way with borrow and spend tripling our nations debt. But that is a different subject. To the point. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A DEMOCRAT PARTY IN AMERICA! Why would you argue such a foolish point? This is the Democratic Party.

The only bastardization of the English language going on with this is the way you try to conflate the adjective form of the word ("Democratic") with the noun form ("Democrat")

No, not from you. It just amazes me how many people are willing to make excuses for this because of the respective political stripes.

I'm with as far as Secret Service scandals. I'm sure Obama's not the first President it happened under though. Somebody got sloppy in covering their tracks.
