If I conspire to kill someone what action am I taking part in that acts towards the person or property of someone else? If I make plans to rob someone did I actually rob them or just plan to do so at some future date? What if I plan to rob someone and then decide it's not worth my effort?

It's Monday, where are all of the new threads we see posted every morning on the DP ? They aren't there.

There's three wars going on in the Middle East, an illegal alien jihad on our borders, a President considering awarding the Distinguish Service Medal to an Army deserter for "serving with honor with distinction." And Eric Holder is at it again talking about race and how all whites are cowards.

Instead we are talking about Obama's failed economy and there aren't enough assassins out there because they are probably sitting at home collecting Obama money.
