I'd guess about 10-1 and that whoever did this is protesting something.

That may be true, but then I am compelled to ask just what type of employees the feds are hiring, if they will use this form of protest. Maybe it's just my age and my upbringing speaking, but I find the thought of this type of protest to be essentially at the level of savages or lesser animals. Monkeys in a cage throw **** when they are pissed off. I expect people to act just a bit above the level of monkeys, but apparently some people can't handle it. I am embarrassed that people can act like this.

You must have lived in a "special" neighborhood if it was human waste.

I never thought of it as 'special', but I lived in Detroit. There were plenty of bad kids in that town.

I totally agree, I find this disgusting and not even a little bit funny.

I believe that there's a good chance that whoever did this will be caught and pay a price for it.

Generally people who do stuff like this like to brag about it and someone might drop a dime on this guy.

Well, it's not just pooping in the halls from what little I've read; it's also clogging toilets with paper towels.

But I know what you mean. A problem on many construction sites is Hispanic workers pooping in closets, etc. of houses being built/renovated. This is a mystery to me, I'll admit. Different cultural expectations....

I just saw a 2013 movie called "The To Do List", where a female, teenage lifeguard thinks someone has pulled a 'Caddy Shack' prank in the pool with a Baby Ruth. So she proceeds to take a bite out of a real turd. This is suppose to be funny I guess, but my parents would've gagged and turned the show off. It says something about today's acceptability level of gross jokes. A lot of these new comedy movies have projectile vomiting, piss, poop, and sexually graphic scenes.

And it's not just that. The USA network has a new show its touting that's all about infidelity and another that's about a doctor who's also a criminal.

From the USA network: ["Satisfaction"] A provocative drama that explores modern marriage at its midpoint. Through the lens of one couple, Neil Truman (Matt Passmore, “The Glades”) and his wife, Grace (Stephanie Szostak, “The Devil Wears Prada”), this series answers the question, “What do you do when having it all is not enough?” by delving into their shocking and unconventional choices.

"RUSH" examines the world of renegade physician Dr. William P. Rush (Tom Ellis, “Miranda”), a “medical fixer” who privately caters to LA’s elite and whose service comes with a hefty price tag. Though the hard-partying doctor claims that he doesn’t make judgments about his less-than-squeaky-clean clients, he’s not immune to the ugliness that he encounters.

I haven't seen any of those movies and will try to avoid them.

I just learned that some people think that EPA stands for Employees Pooping Anywhere.

the EPA should fine and shut itself down for violating it's own hazardous waste laws.
