Indians should be proud of one of their tribe's names on the helicopter. Those aircraft are the definition of badazz.
An old Chevy truck should just be left to rust and a slur for the name of the worst football team in the NFC East should be changed to the Washington congressmen.

Einstein, "science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind."
I think the most depressingly ironic part of calling an army helicopter after a Native American group is that the US Army played a decisive role in pushing them into reservations and slaughtering many of them. Now they've white washed history to claim it's all about how "badass" these bands were and how we're "honoring" them by naming helicopters after their groups. The reality however is that if they were such badasses most of them wouldn't have spent the last 200 years demanding for their land to be returned and for recognition of the fact that their cultures were nearly destroyed.
It's almost as if people didn't understand just why an institution which took a role in this:
May not be seen as the best group to be "honoring" the fighting spirit of Native Americans.

I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality. - MLK
