No, it actually makes quite a bit of difference. A spontaneous action is something we cannot plan for. A planned terrorist attack is something for which we can prepare and should. That it happened in a place like Libya makes such a case even more compelling. The facts that have come to light demonstrate that this was a colossal failure of our executive branch in many respects, including the response.

Seems that excuse now is over with.
My, the amazing long list of things that change, now that the political winds have shifted.

So what you are saying is that failing to anticipate a terrorist attack is a colossal failure of the President.

What did you think of Bush and 9/11 then? A thousand times worse than Obama, no doubt.
Many Trump supporters have lots of problems, and those deplorables are bringing those problems to us. They’re racists. They’re misogynists. They’re islamophobic. They're xenophobes and homophobes. And some, I assume, are good people.

No, I didn't say that. I said that failing to prepare for such an event is a colossal failure. You can attribute that to those parties responsible in our government's executive branch how you see fit. No doubt you believe the cleaning service at State had a lead role. Bush had nothing to do with Benghazi.
