Immigrant Children Raped, Punched, Kicked in Border Patrol Custody: Complaint

But you saw it though:mrgreen:

Removal proceedings - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Prior to the passage of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 ("IIRIRA"), deportation proceedings were used to determine whether a person could be deported from the United States. When IIRIRA took effect in 1997, deportation proceedings were replaced by removal proceedings, though any cases begun before IIRIRA's effective date continue to be processed as deportation proceedings.

Your full of it. This is young children trying to become dreamers and this is all new. YOUR LIES ARE NOTED RIGHT HERE AND YOUR AGENDA

What lies? But you still haven't answered my very simple question.

Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Deportation issues

Deportees may be held in jail for months, even as much as two years, before being brought before an immigration board, at which defendants need to pay for their own legal representation. In 2001, the Supreme Court curtailed the Immigration Service's ability to hold deportees indefinitely in Zadvydas v. Davis.

The Act has been applied much more vigorously since 9/11. At least 1000 British citizens were affected by the law in 2003.[citation needed]

Still have not answered my question.
Here ill make it very big like you like to do

Should there be an investigation or not?

If they were at home where they belong with their parents WHERE THEY SHOULD BE. NONE OF THIS WOULD be necessary.

Absolutely should be an investigation into why obama is not securing our border properly. Investigate into why the latino nations are telling their own people to invade America illegally and that they will not be turned away. Plenty of investigating to do so lets get it done.

Yeah, I could have seen it from Space.

It's still annoying and does nothing to help your argument.

Noted, thanks for your help in this conversation.

but let me guess, are you asking for immediate deportation?

Still havent answered the question.

Maybe if I rephrase the simple question you will understand (Ill even put it in big letters for you): Should there be an investigation into these offenses that were possibly perpetuated by the guards?

I wish i could raise the font more but you still havent answered the question. Goddamn, its a very simple yes or no question. Instead you like to move it to "Possible individual guards actions!? OBAMAS FAULT!"

No, until the day you and the rest of the sympathizers give up on the insipid "undocumented immigrants" language and stop trying to shoehorn these invaders in with the ahhhh, so cute tactics. Stop with the idiot Sally Struthers routine and deport the freakin' illegals, then maybe there won't be a problem.

then maybe you would like to fund the legal fees for the immigration courts for the subsequent removal proceedings.

So there shouldnt be investigations that were filed by over 100 undocumented immigrants that violate basic human rights?

So accusations of basic human right violations= "so cute tactics". I forgot rape accusations are "cute"

This is why you need to have state institutions work and why the government should uphold the law and enforce border control. This is the other side of the coin, the reversal as it were.

You ignore a problem too long, some people will take onto themselves to do it. And these are the people who are the first to respond. In all things, those with short tempers are the first to act because they have short tempers.

What law specifically are we not upholding?

What law specifically are we not upholding?

Ah, border laws lol.

if the US government would have regulated the borders and there would be no issue with illegal immigrants crossing over, this wouldn't have happened. Have the government do the job of protecting the border not militia groups.

Yes. I have always suggested we do so. We can also seize assets of any we catch here and use that to defray costs.

No, and bull**** about the basic human rights. Just more sob story tactics to shoehorn them in. No one sane is buying the crap anymore.

So accusations of basic human right violations= "so cute tactics". I forgot rape accusations are "cute"

Give it a rest. Again, knock off the bull**** tactics and language changes, it's transparent. They should be deported, period.

Sure, deport them.
But also the self-appointed border control agents should be prosecuted.

And then the state should start securing the border so that neither illegals get through and you won't have these militia groups running amok,

Any specific law? Which law?
