Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’[W:202]

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

I'm sure the Nation will reflect on this in new polls in two weeks--
90 or so Obama officials knew of the Bergdahl swap and none of them leaked it--
yet give this congress one piece of confidential info and what happens??
now we know who brings the trust -

Not sure I would have used breaking the law by not telling Congress as an example of trustworthiness or honesty? But maybe I have a different definition of those two terms.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

So I'll mark you down as neutral for keeping their mouths shut--
neutral as kind of like bin Laden huh ?

Congress was advised of the Bin Laden raid long before it happened. No one talked.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

Then you didn't vote for Romney or Bush--43 then .

Hey, Bush 43 served with "honor and distinction."

The F-102 was probably one of the hardest aircraft to master and fly. Not every fighter jock could qualify flying the F-102.

Then take into consideration the F-102 main armament was a nuclear armed air to air missile.

When the F-102 were defending the CONUS airspace, Soviet bombers sure didn't fly 50 miles off the Left Coast.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

Most of us old schooled Marines, soldiers, sailors and airmen brand cowards, deserters, rapist and those who engage in buggery not as veterans and the only recognition they deserve is ther
"drumming-out" of the military ceremony.

If you have a link to a video of one of those you should post it. I looked for one and couldn't find it.

I'll check back later.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

WOW! We have that many racists in the US?
;)

I have read that most people on this planet are racist to some extent and see no reason to doubt that.

Why should anyone worry or even consider what any of those people say?

IOW: I'm throwing their opinion in the round file where it belongs.

Everyone has an axe to grind.

The GOP has been breaking the law for 5+ years divulging top secret confidential intel--
as you know--and this is why I$$A gets his copies from Boehner's staff now--just sayin--like the petulant child he is--
the GOP needed a change of pace to the "select" committee for a lot of reasons--with trustworthiness being at the top -

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

Republican Senators and Representatives have already stated they would have spilled the beans--
We are hopelessly drifting in partisanship on foreign affairs--as we saw with the GOP on Syria, Putin, Ukraine, and most especially Benghazi--
and now we see more of the same with Iraq-3 .
Congress was advised of the Bin Laden raid long before it happened. No one talked.

There's no video, just those who witnessed them.

Supposedly they had an effect that there are some in the military who advocate bringing back the drumming out.

A dishonorable discharge or a Big Chicken Dinner would result in a drumming out.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

I don't trust Obama at all, but it is funny conservatives lay this poll as "fact" when they discarded polls like this during their lord thy Bush years when his polls were low.

Short term memory loss ?

President Barack Obama's chief lawyer is investigating how the name of the CIA's top agent in Afghanistan was accidentally released to journalists.

>" White House aides inadvertently blew the operative's cover on Sunday when they made his name public during Mr Obama's surprise visit to US troops in Afghanistan.

The disclosure is likely to make the agent, who serves as the CIA's station chief in Kabul, a top target for the Taliban and al-Qaeda..."<

More leaks:

>" Two top figures in the US Senate — a Republican and a Democrat — have now spoken out publicly in frustration with continued leaks out of the Obama administration of “the most highly classified information.” John McCain spoke to CBS News and got a rather skeptical reaction from the host, who quoted the New York Times’ David Sanger as saying the leaks didn’t start at the White House. McCain insists that the White House confirmed information that exposed ongoing operations — and did so to make Barack Obama look good:..."<

Pattern of White House Leaks Threatens Nation’s Security

>" Ronald Kessler reporting from Washington, D.C. — An accelerating series of leaks of classified information all have two things in common: They directly endanger national security, and the stories reporting on them paint President Obama as a hero.

News reports on Tuesday disclosed that the FBI is probing the leaking of information about a classified U.S. cyberattack program aimed at Iran’s nuclear facilities, but a close look at recent developments uncovers a broad and disturbing pattern of leaks of some of the nation’s most guarded secrets by the Obama administration..."<

Short term memory loss ?
What's dumber than a GOP Congressman who thinks we can drone our way out of this ISIS mess?
The American people, who overwhelmingly are against Iraq-3 but are upset Obama has not got us into Iraq-3 .

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

If so, most of them would be on debate boards .

Cowards rely on UAV's (drones)

Warriors prefer manned aircraft dropping napalm or cluster bombs.

Mopping up with numerous 20 MM, 25 MM and 30 MM cannon strafing passes kind of is the icing on the top.

Yeah that napalm, agent orange and all the other crap they dropped in your war really ****ed up some of my friends.
When do you suppose ISIS will go out in the open and let themselves be carpet-bombed?
Silly Americans think these guys think like we do.

And to think we helped the Mujahadeen beat the Soviets and then had to **** it up with the Iraq/Iran war and Iran/Contra.
Smooth 12 years by your boys Reagan/Bush huh, pissing off much of the world?
Which gave birth to the chickenhawk cowardly parasite Cheney finishing off the job.

Nice job by Bush-43 also, with "bring it on" and "crusade" huh?
Talk about not knowing your potential enemy .

Hey, it's Obama's failed foreign policies that led to the entire Middle East and North Africa being the basket case it is today.

Which as a Military man you know is complete bull****.
Was the Vietnam War all Nixon's war after LBJ handed it off to him?

Only God knows what havoc McRino would reaped.
To state that Obama created the next generation of jihadists is an example of why we are so bitterly divided.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

I bet a lot of those people will never vote for Obama again

Yup. Wonder how much of a drag he's going to be on the ticket in 2014/2016.

the exit was. Johnson deserves credit for screwing up what he screwed up (and it was a lot, Johnson was an awful wartime president), and Nixon deserves credit for screwing up what he screwed up.

To state that Obama created the next generation of jihadists is an example of why we are so bitterly divided.

Created? Hm. Allowed to be inspired and facilitated might be better. What we are seeing now is the result of an American foreign policy marked by hesitation, unsurety, and inaction.

Re: Gallup: Majority Says Obama Not ‘Honest and Trustworthy’

I keep seeing someone say it, and no one able to name who they are? In one instance they were referring to the guards at Gitmo; but yeah I guess technically they are members of the regime. I find it curious you brag about 90 people keeping a secret of a dictator breaking a law he signed? If they had time to tell 90 people why not congress as they were required to do - the man should be impeached over this. It is a high crime. Pathetic anyone would defend that. Once Bergdahl is convicted of desertion and possibly collaboration he can share a cell with bummer.

These 90 are members of the Obama administration--but you already knew that.
The only reason the swap worked is NO ONE in Congress knew . :lamo

Yes, the GOP should run against Obama in 2016. Great idea! I bet it will work as well as running against ACA did.

Oh. I think it might work out similarly to how running against George Bush did in 2008. :) And one of our problems in 2012 was that we selected the guy least-suited to running against the ACA, whose problems hadn't even been forced upon the American people yet.

Iraq and Syria are imploding, and Obama is getting ready for Afghanistan to implode. 2016 will feature a Democrat candidate completely incapable of distancing herself from Obama's foreign policy, having run most of it. It would be as if instead of McCain in 2008, Republicans had run Henry Paulson.
