For me it is a mere possibility for you it seems it is more of a probability. Different points of the skepticism scale.
We disagree only by a matter of degree my friend, that is all.
Time for bed .
Hint: You're not that important or well-read that we need to find aliens to win arguments against you.
"If I take death into my life, acknowledge it, and face it squarely, I will free myself from the anxiety of death and the pettiness of life - and only then will I be free to become myself." ~ Martin Heidegger
With all that we know of microbial life extremophiles etc etc I would find it extremely hard to belief that there isn't at the very least microbial life out there. If they can carry a microbe out into space with it being exposed directly to space, and it living through several days of that there has got to be other life out there in better conditions than space itself. The only question in my mind is if there is other intelligent life out there.
This planet has had millions of different kinds of life forms living on it for millions of years and in many different types of environments, from extreme cold and low oxygen content to temperate climate and higher oxygen content than what we have now. Even types of life that are alien to what we have now. To think that there isn't other life forms out there is just arrogant imo.
As for the whole bible/god thing...nothing about the bible indicates that we are the ONLY life forms that were ever made. No true scientist would even attempt to claim such. And imo doing so would discredit anyone that claimed such.

My mind and my heart are saying I'm in my twenties. My body is pointing at my mind and heart and laughing its ass off. ~ Kal'Stang
The universe is at least 13 Billion years old, there are appox.10/22 to 10/24 stars most with planets. Somewhere there must be life, and somewhere it has evolved intelligence.
We must however take into consideration both time and distance...as well as what the two combined infer. The image below contains over ten thousand galaxies in an area about the size of a pencil eraser:
Each of these galaxies looked this way millions/billion of years ago and contained billions of stars. Many no longer exist and many new ones would be there today. If there was an advanced civilization in that photo....it is probably long gone and did not even know we existed. If there is one there is one there now it might see an "I Love Lucy" rerun in a couple billion years, but we will be long gone.
It would be an astounding bit of luck for us to exist in the right place and time to meet the neighbors.
I am just going to guess that there are at least a few 'born again', flat earth losers on the far right who will argue against this until the day that they are raptured up into Heaven.
