You can spin all day long, it does not change the reality you came into the thread to attack those that put forth a news story. You did not comment on the validity of the story, you did not comment on the story at all. You just came in to do a little drive by attack.

It is understandable that you have nothing to say about the story, as it would look silly to defend it or try to (yet again) excuse away the deniability it seems this administration seems to use constantly. But I am guessing the inability to comment on content goes far beyond that for you…

Its the age old conundrum for the Obama administration...admit you knew and look incompetent and corrupt, or deny that you know and just look like out of touch morons. The Obama precedent has been to choose "look like out of touch morons".

    Que music...

That you don't like that I pointed out the "we are either lying or incompetent boobs who only ever learn about anything by watching the news" tactic routinely employed by the administration is really not of any consequence. It is a fact that has been their excuse over and over again. What is noted is that you can spin all day long, it does not change the reality that you came into the thread to attck me for making a joke. You did not comment on anything at all, offering literally only a drive by attack. It is understandable that you have noting to say about the story, but this whining at me about the behavior you are engaging in is rather amusing as well hypocritical. But I'm guessing you decided you had actually been participating in the thread when you ignored the content to attack me.

He won't stand for cooking the books. Well that's a turn around. For someone who's just learned about this from the nightly news, he's ordered an investigation for something that's been going on for years. Why is it that I wouldn't trust him if he said the sky was blue....

We donít have a full-service VA system, so a lot of troops that have been injured are having to travel elsewhere, and thatís something that we have to address. There are important efficiencies that we can obtain by having a VA hospital system; for example, prescription drugs. But we have to have a VA that serves everybody. In some rural communities that the veterans donít have access to the services needed, weíve got to make sure that they do have the option for a private hospital that is close by.

    ...

I visited Walter Reed repeatedly. Typically what would happen is we would go to visit troops in the medical facility, and people will acknowledge that the medical facility at Walter Reed does great work. Unfortunately, it turned out that the outpatient facilities were disastrous. Thatís why we now have legislation to make sure not only that weíre just painting over some of the mold in there, but also making it easier for families & veterans to negotiate the system once theyíre outpatients.

Washington says that they support the troops. They give long speeches about valor and sacrifice. But when it comes time to sending our troops into battle with the proper equipment and ensure that veterans have what they need when they get home, they donít do anything except slap a yellow ribbon on the back of their SUV. Thatís how come our men and women have to use scrap metal to protect their Humvees.

Our veterans end up living among mice and mold. They stare at stacks of paperwork. They thought they left the frontline in Iraq but they came home to a new frontline of red tape and bureaucracy.

This is unacceptable. When our veterans come home, I donít want them crawling around a dumpster for a meal or a box for shelter. I donít want them drowning in whiskey to silence the PTSD. I donít want that for our veterans. We know they deserve more.

So letís make a promise today--and say that, right here and right now, is when we begin to put together a comprehensive plan for our veterans.
Huh... sounds like he knew there were problems before he was elected.
ďI think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whatís being proposed here, heíd agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.Ē - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

And when did other White House officials, top White House officials, become aware of these problems?

ACOSTA: The delays have been known for some time.

CARNEY: You mean the specific allegations that I think were reported first by your news network out of Phoenix, I believe. We learned about them through the reports. I will double check if that is not the case.

    translation............

the people working in what ever department in this administration are scared to death of those white house handlers/advisers, of what will happen to them if they dare report something is not right, is wrong.

this is about the president and sadly it is still going on 5 years later.

the number of problems that have happened and still the president knows nothing about them until after the fact.

Adding an ad hominem attack on top of your hypocritical whining about drive by attacks as you do just and only that will, or at least should, get you some attention. But not from me.
