That I know of, in the United States, there are cliff dwellings in four states, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona.

I've only been to the ones in New Mexico.

One thing you might not know about. If you are of age enough, that is a senior citizen or a disabled individual, some US Forest Sites can be free of charge or, you may only be required to pay one half of the fee/s regularly charged to non seniors.

When I visited the dwellings in New Mexico, my admission was free because I obtained a Golden Access Passport.

Golden Age Passports and Golden Age/Access Passports will continue to be honored for the lifetime of the pass holder.

Not quite that old or disabled 'yet' but, thanks for the info. (I love discounts!)

There are some dwellings in Texas near El Paso and one of the older sites here:

    Hey, that's cool!

Oh yeah, that reminds me, I've heard that in the state of Texas, if you can prove a disability by having social security, or can prove that you're a senior, camping fees are reduced. Is that true?
