I know. And I've suggested why.

Look, all you have to do us show more than the WH was involved in talking points (which is common).

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

The president lied, people died, so what?

The next time a president lies to cover a failed foreign policy more will die, and then it will maybe be the Republicans shouting "old news!"

Great country you want for yourself
Sounds cute, but its a right wing crock. This has not been, nor is it now, a scandal, controversy or otherwise an issue. Its time for the right wing to actually develop an agenda based upon policy as their attempt to find scandal in the Obama administration is beyond laughable and heading for pathetic.

I live in a great country. If the Cons would start contributing instead of trying to sell con jobs, it would be even a better country.

Here's a tidbit for you all ...the latest findings, the smoking gun, proves that Ben Rhodes was behind orchestrating this lie and making sure everyone in all departments were on the same page. But what may surprise some, Ben Rhodes's brother is David Rhodes, head of CBS News. Remember the stories that came out a couple weeks ago about Sharyl Attkisson trying to get out of her contract at CBS because they refused to print or air her reports on Benghazi? Now we know why. It's a family affair.

    Boy was I wrong.
They came up with something unexpected.
They're saying the Rhodes Bengahzi talking point email wasn't about Benghazi.
Maybe major media was holding off on their coverage until they got THEIR talking point.
    Now they have it.

I don't have to show more. The WH was involved, the WH did cover-up, and the WH did lie. All of which is plainly evident.

The talking points were signed by David Petraeus the head of the CIA at the time.

Actually, he used suspect information that supported a lot of other facts and so the suspect information became far more credible as a result. That wasn't Bush's doing.

    Very cool.
Unfortunately, that crap is not unusual.
Incest with broadcast news divisions and the Democrat Party has been happening for decades.

Reasonable people can differ on that and I'm not sure it's worth trying to wrestle it to the ground. The point here is that BHO's people pushed a narrative that was both without evidence and politically advantageous. That looks bad, and the fact that this email had to be pried out long after the fact by Judicial Watch only adds to the appearance of hidden trickery. That's powerful poison in the current context of apparent foreign policy disarray.
