Actually waterboarding has been considered torture by the US for a very long time.

I also want to make the point that we can argue if it is torture or not, but it is no where near the real torture our troops endured in WWII, Korea, or Vietnam. To put in the same class with starvation, beatings, sleep deprevation and a host of other unthinkable treatments is a deliberate misleading tactic by the left. They want that vision of torture in people's minds, not the one that can be cleaned off with a little wash cloth.

Clinton was bombing Iraq to knock out their air defense systems. It was under the pretense of taking out WMD facilities.

I have very little doubt that, if Gore had beaten Bush, we'd still have gone to war in Iraq. And I still would have been against it. What good came from it, outside of one less Saddam Hussein? The country's a complete mess now, and there's no check on Iran.
