Really, behind as in? You really want to go down that road? I doubt it. I think you got a good look at what people are willing to fight for 2 weeks ago. Try taking our equal treatment under the law. I dare ya.

I just assumed they were always felonies until I went to this site: Is a DUI a Felony or Misdemeanor Charge? It Depends.

After visiting it I came to one conclusion, which is that every parent needs to have a serious discussion with their children about the long term risks of posing for stock photos.

Truth be told, I have no problem with the guy coming to speak his mind. I am not sitting here telling everyone that the government should shut him down - in fact I believe the opposite. But if you are going to use your first amendment rights, you have to be willing to accept that others are going to use theirs, and that's exactly what we did. There is a rising tide of public opinion morally opposing the type of speech that LaBarbera is putting forward, in the same manner that public opinion once washed out the voice of segregationists and anti-miscegenation supporters. This is purely an outgrowth of that fact.

Question: Were you charged admission for the speaking engagement?

I don't see why they should be denied their First Amendment rights to peacefully protest a guy with a hateful message.

"Tolerant" is subjective. In many cases, the minority is intolerant of the majority.

You act like one side is always right and one side is always wrong.

In many cases one side generally is always right and one side always wrong. Bigotry is one of those cases.

So if a black fraternity invited a Panther to talk to them, and a large group of white students did the same thing, who's right?

It would depend....your scenario doesn't have enough facts. If it was a black man/panther who held very anti-white views and was speaking about that....then I think he would be the intolerant one. Bigotry has never been exclusively white.
