Yellowstone Bison Running for their lives !!!

Mine does the same thing when I'm about to Dutch Oven my wife and kids on Friday movie nights.

You mean pressure cooker with a jiggler?

I have my mom's old pressure cooker, similar to this one, love it! Yup, our dog heads for the other room when the jiggler starts rattling, scary to him, po baby.

If the Yellowstone Supervolcano erupts...those bison would need to run to at least California if they wanted to live.

The libs in Sacramento would outlaw buffalo hunting on the first day that a buffalo was sighted running down Main Street in Needles, California.

That's a bunch of buffalo ****.

Because they are bison. There isn't any way to tell exactly what they are reacting to.

I'm sure someone who raises bison know exactly what they would be reacting to.

Haven't you ever been around animals?

Nah. To be sure, whatever country (or countries) are in present day United States when it blows will be effectively finished, but it's not a planet killer. You want a planet killer? Look to the Permian Triassic extinction event, in which 90% of all marine life and 70% of land life went extinct because the sea floor suddenly upped and belched out methane hydrate.

Besides, "planet killer" is used incorrectly. There's a difference between mass extinction events and the ability of a thing to render the planet permanently uninhabitable.

I suspect it might be catastrophic for the northern hemisphere.

Mt. Pinatubo's eruption in 1991 would be minor in comparison and it had a fairly large impact on the global climate.

I can remember here in Texas the temperatures were quite a bit cooler that summer and we couldn't see the sky.

I've read that the Yellow Stone Caldera is overdue for one hell of a eruption.

But something tells me if the quake was a real indicator of something Big we would've heard something by now.
It probably is due, but the cycle is probably wrong right not. The earth for the next 26k years is reducing in eccentricity around the sun. I suspect when the eccentricity increases again near maximum is when it may erupt again. This has to do with the strength of tidal forces.

Weapon of terror, watch where you point that thing.

Trying to pressure cook a cheap cut of pork last month, the jiggler got stuck somehow, and it popped off and hit the ceiling, no damage, but it scared the heck out of us.

mcdonalds just announced plans for the new McBison Bacon cheeseburger.

I want 1 till then Fuddruckers has a bison burger its good not to different from a regular one

Really? Someone who raises bison can tell the difference between "running because there was a small earthquake" and "running because there was a small earthquake and an ENORMOUS VOLCANIC ERUPTION IS COMING."

That's ****in impressive right there.

they were ruining 10 days before the quake deeper into the park

Aww you're a city boy aren't you?

Those creatures are more in touch with the planet than we'll ever be.

It is proven that animals can sense the change in magnetic forces and gravitational forces better than humans. when you start seeing swarms of animals trying to flee an area something bad is going to happen.

i have heard the same reports that yellowstone is due or a catastrophic explosion. whether it happens or not is a different story, but from what i understand if and when it blows it will make mount St. Helen look like a firecracker.

it would be a Vesuvius type of explosion or worse.

Once a high police authority in China removed home owners out of their own homes by force massively. He gave the order after seeing snakes going out of their holes in winter, effectively risking death for they are coldblooded. An enormous earthquake followed later.

But you said "proven?" Sources that state the experiment please?

it has been observed time and time again that animals flee to other places before natural disasters hit. what more do you want? this has been common knowledge for years.
