I don't feel the same way about criminal ex-Presidents i.e. Nixon (Watergate), Bush 1 (Iran/Contra), or Bush 2 (Torture). Even Clinton doesn't fare well because of Iran/Contra and the Mena, Arkansas connection.

Wow, you love Carter so much.

As the only honest President you ever had, Carter will obviously be hated by the scumbags, and spied on every minute. What's new?

    That's nonsense and totally relative.

How would you know if he was the ONLY honest president.

No doubt that is what Carter is doing.

Re: Jimmy Carter believes U.S. is spying on him

For likely the first time, I agree with this dip****.

As far as I can see, the US government is spying on everyone, allies and enemies alike, the grand children of foreign presidents, of course an active former president is going to be spied on...it's what Obama says America does best, and that is exactly what they're doing.

Hats off to Carter, I hope he has time to meet with the people at Wikileaks and Snowden et all.

Yes - he fell for the cowboys, who are good at shooting children at home, but not much else. That's what happens when good men fall amongst criminal nutters.

I listened to him. With all the others it was an obvious waste of time, slimy buggers as they were!

I think all are treated equally, I do not think one can pick and choose.
This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
