Cnn: Pentagon illegally destroyed photos of dead osama bin laden

Yeah, it's the sentence that ended with a question mark.

But you answered that one yourself. Must we go to al Qaeda now for proof of something our White House claims to have done. That's too funny.

When there is nothing to look at, anyone can believe what ever they want to believe.

To me, there is something wrong with saying that all of the photos must be turned over to the CIA to be destroyed.
That tells me that a few photos still exist. It may be hard to tell that it is OBL. I heard he was shot in the face.

Am I the only person that believes that a few photos have been "classified" as top secret? The "destroy all photos" is the cover.

So the only reliable proof we have is al Qaida's word! Too funny.

And Pakistan. And the US.

If only RT would've said so, Monte would believe it lol

The only thing Pakistan said was that we conducted an illegal raid on the compound in their country. They didn't confirm that OBL was killed in that raid. And I already told you in an earlier post that I don't deny that the Seals did the mission.

- On November 2, 2007, former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto told Al-Jazeera's David Frost that Omar Sheikh had killed Osama Bin Laden.
- In March 2009, former US foreign intelligence officer and professor of international relations at Boston University Angelo Codevilla stated: "All the evidence suggests Elvis Presley is more alive today than Osama Bin Laden."

Wow, this is sad.

The only sad thing is the way that OBL was used for years and years to advance US policy. Even Madeline Albright stated that OBL was dead on ice and Bush was waiting for the right moment to roll him out.

Ladies and gentlemen: the world according to Montecresto.

And Madeline Albright, and Pervez Musharraf, and Benazir Bhutto, and Angelo Codevilla, and.............

No, Monte, stop lying. Seriously: stop lying.

>“The McRaven ‘destroy them immediately’ email is a smoking gun, revealing both contempt for the rule of law and the American’s people right to know,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Obama administration has tried to cover this scandal up – and our lawsuit exposed it. We demand further investigation of the effort to destroy documents about the bin Laden raid.”<

The Legend Of Abbottabad is just that, a legend. OBL had been dead for years, but the CIA kept playing him like a fiddle, and the public followed along. Kinda funny, really.

You think ?

I'm sure the current administration wouldn't have had a problem pulling it off if it would have helped Obama to get reelected.

There were some problems when Obama went on television that night and claimed that he killed Osma bin Laden.

One is Obama as usual ignored the military chain of command. If Bin Laden was killed, it should have been Admiral McRaven and U.S. Special Operations Command who announced the death of Bin Laden not the President.

When Allies landed on Normandy Beaches on June 6th, 1944 (D-Day) it was Allied Command in London who reported it not POTUS.

When Germany surrendered it was again Allied Command who reported it not President Truman.

When Japan surrendered it was the State Department who reported it not President Truman.

When the mastermind of 9-11 was captured President Bush didn't go on television and politicized the capture of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed for his own political gain.

When Sadam Hussein was captured it was the U.S. military in Iraq who announced his capture not President Bush.

No way could have the Navy SEAL's have been debriefed and an "After Action Report" have been written up before Obama went on television. I'm sure there are more than a few on the DP who have gone through a debriefing after coming out of the bush and have seen how After Action Reports are written up.

Again an After Action Report would have had to work its way up the chain of command. It didn't happen.

If it weren't Osmama bin Laden, someone ordered the murder of a civilian. Well without the corpusdeliti or at least an ear a prosecutor in a court of law wouldn't have a case.

Are Navy SEAL's still snake eaters ? What ever happened to the old tradition of cutting off the ear for the ear necklace ?

Even a picture of Bin Laden's kidney dialysis machine would have been sufficient. It's a no brainer. Was there one ?

The one that really gets me is that we are to believe that there's an American alive that gives a **** about Muslim law or would have any respect whatsoever for OBL to burry him in accordance with it. The **** that the American White House has pulled through the years on the American public, would be laughable if not for the loss of life so often involved.

What amused me was the behavior of a very good friend of mine. He is Tea Party type and nearly despises Obama, but after Abbottabad, he bought the whole story hook, line and sinker. For months he was bragging about what a great job the President did.

I believe that. The right wing is always up for using our military, projecting our power and thumping our chest. War always has their support, even if its waged on dubious information. Can you name a conflict, operation or mission, using our military that they didn't like. They also all are very supportive of FDR's provocations toward Japan to draw an overt attack so as to reverse public opinion towards the world war.

Whom were the owners of the photos. The Freedom of Information Act is a legislated Federal provison and not a Constitutional right.

Is that a support of the "official story"?
