Don't be too sure. 2012 was supposed to be a slam dunk for the GOP. However, they trotted a ban gay marriage, poor people are lazy, pro-corporation social conservative that lost them the presidential election. If they do that again, I have no doubt they will lose regardless of the Dem candidate.

2012 was never supposed to be a "slam dunk for the GOP" - everyone basically conceded the election to Obama and that's why so many "fringe" Republicans ran in the primaries and why Romney got so beat up.

Even though Obama was and is a disaster as President, people for some reason like him personally and foolishly wanted to give him a second chance.

If you think people like Hillary in the same way they like Obama, you're crazy.

I think people will like Hillary over a social conservative yes.

I would vote for hill-dog over most *likely* repub front runners. I think she's a good political leader and would handle herself well as the potus. Which are my two main requirement right now after Obama.

I will never vote for Hillary Clinton. She failed the character test eons ago. I mean, long before Benghazi.

Besides, just to be petty, she's shrill. Worse than that dreadful Brenda-somebody on some Saturday Fox business show. I've heard only maybe a minute of that harpy Nancy Grace, but Clinton is worse.

Lots of elections end up being a choice between bad and worse instead of between good and better.

Meh, after Obama I'm more concerned about getting someone that can actually manage the political mess in Washington and deliver some leadership
