How are Canadian taxes in comparison with US taxes? Real question.
The Heritage Foundation using several factors measures the economic freedom of countries every year. The United States which once was #1 has fallen drastically in the past few years to #10. Our friends to the North, Canada has moved into the #6 slot.

No, actually, in your need to protect Hillary Clinton, you made that link. I simply made a joke, one based on fact, that you took offense to because it slagged the Queen of all liberals. I could have named any number of misguided, ignorant, self-important American political buffoons - I chose Hillary. Get over it.

The NSA is one of the largest employers of PhD mathematicians. They'll get what they want in the end.

There are plenty of other buyers in the world.
We've already been caught spying on other nations, they ain't gonna do **** and the NSA is not going to stop.

    Firstly, I didn't **** on Clinton.

Secondly, I'm neither mislead nor ignorant - I never claimed to be a liberal

Finally, my comment was directed at KevinKohler, the person I was conversing with, and since I don't consider his debating style to reveal he's a liberal, I decided to slag him by equating his claim that Canada harbours terrorists with something Clinton said.

I'm sorry you've gotten your knickers in a twist over the Clinton reference, however, that's all on you not me.

If they were in Canada, for instance, the NSA wouldn't necessarily have a direct tap onto their servers, but rather would have to monitor things going in and out, which would make it a lot harder on them.

Either way, companies need to start packing up and moving out, because that's the only thing that's going to get anyone's attention. Our government has made it quite clear they could give a **** less what the citizenry wants.

Was this really your rebuttal? Are you that lazy? I said people in general wouldn't be safe anywhere, but that it would make it harder for our government, and would make the companies that leave no longer complicit in the crime. I also stated that it would get the government's attention if a lot of big companies started leaving.

I heard canada has decriminalized prostitution. Been thinking of moving their anyways to become a pimp and protect some hos. They could prolly utilize my caveman instincts.

I think it is possible. I was required by a customer to put a web server outside the US. They might have tolerated it in Canada, but they really wanted Germany, or at least in the EU. We compromised with the UK where at least they speak some kind of English.

Of course, this is nothing that that the NSA would care about and if they did, they could probably figure out a way in wherever it was.
