Student home from university ‘cut off his own penis and stabbed his mother while high

A 19-year-old student has cut off his own penis and stabbed his mother while high on the party drug mephedrone, it was claimed yesterday.

usconcealedcarry.netEmergency services rushed to a house in Haywards Heath, West Sussex and apparently found the man hanging from a bedroom window with blood pouring from wounds to his groin.

Police confirmed they entered the house in the early hours of Sunday 29 December and found the 46-year-old mother, who had phoned 999. Both were rushed to hospital with what were described as life-threatening – and in the man’s case, self-inflicted – wounds.

As of Monday, mother and son were both said to be in a stable condition at the Royal Sussex County and University College London hospitals respectively.

Associating violence with drug use isn't new - but what's with the drugs that make people mutilate their selves? I don't get it. Why does it trigger these acts? Is it 'my body doesn't feel right - it has to go' or what?

I suspect that the drug just takes away the inhibitions to do what is already a suppressed impulse.

a source close to the family said of the 19-year-old: “He is normally a lovely lad and very bright. But unfortunately, he had started dabbling in drugs."

Wait.... he is taking enough of the drug to cut off his peen and stab his mother... I think dabble is a very light term for what this kid has been doing

I am going to guess that this student probably won't do this again.

Hey maybe he can make money by going to schools and sharing his past with drugs and I think it could put the message across.

Hopefully the word will get around about this and discourage people from using those bad drugs.

I never heard of anyone smoking weed and doing weird **** like this.

mephedrone is banned in nearly every western country.it was big in brittain years ago,and was equal to meth combined with mdma.currently it is heavily outlawed almost everywhere,since it became the number 2 drug in england for a while,only exceeded by weed and it beat out meth coke and ecstacy.

besides being legally bought prior to banning,it was highly addictive and had very bad side affects.it was the rc drug of europe prior to spice and bath salts,but sadly the drugs that followed after its banning were much worse.

The only time I ever tried a mind altering substance, I ate some mushrooms and tried to dig up my friends backyard because I was certain there was buried treasure.
