Boy Scouts to accept openly gay youth starting in January

Boy Scouts are dying anyway. Parents are killing them. When parents decided to bring litigation over every skinned knee, bruise, and cut, the scouts had to seriously scale back their level of outdoor activities.

Me and a couple of like minded friends are going to do our own "scouting" with our kids.

I'm an Eagle Scout myself, and after seeing what the scouts have devolved to a couple years ago, I have no intention of making my son go through those lame motions. Gays joining the scouts? I could give two ****s. The real problem are the complete lack of real activities available to troops to do, because of the potential for someone to get hurt, and incur a lawsuit. Rediculous. Count me out.
