The NSA's Reach Might Be Even Bigger Than We Thought

Employees past or present or some other undisclosed reason to be sympathizes of the ABC/Agency to work tirelessly in defense of the patently and hugely indefensible.

Or it's because those people know the reality and think people like you are downright delusional.

Two points for Lucas. Everyone mentioned in post 173 are delusional, too one would suppose.

Again,, if you don't even know what clearance means, why are you talking about this stuff?

Because there is more than one level. You're talking of secrets being necessary and then claim to you know all the secrets. Seems a little fishy. Lol

There's three levels of clearance. If you're talking about accesses the question is raised: why are you so critical of these things if you don't even know enough about it to get the nomenclature right?

Step 1: Learn
Step 2: Then criticize

Why are you dodging the question. How do you know all the secrets and continue to know all the secrets that must be secret from the rest of us?

By virtue of my prior job? I know you want someone to say "I don't" and then you come in and say something dumb, but this is more fun than even laughing at you for that.

You're now arguing against what you think might be happening. No one can refute your imagination, dude. But that doesn't mean it's valid.

Yeah, we can all tell how well you've been indoctrinated.

It's funny, the same characters that cheerlead for U.S. government spying on Americans always pop in to defend whatever acronymed agency that is in trouble FOR spying on Americans.

They're the "Nothing to see here, now move along" clan.

Employees past or present or some other undisclosed reason to be sympathizes of the ABC/Agency to work tirelessly in defense of the patently and hugely indefensible.

I'm sure these sorts of posts go over big in the Conspiracy Theory subforum:

They're all in on it, they're secret agents!
or
They love oppression, can't you see the faint red glow in their left eye?? They're one of THEM!!

I've heard of demonizing those of different opinion before, but this is really over the top.

Seriously, guys, no one here is a secret agent. No one here is pushing for world domination. We're just dudes, like you guys, except we think you're making a mountain out of a molehill. We think you've an ax to grind with the government. That's all. Normal people, with normal ideas and normal motives who think you've jumped off the ledge.

At family gatherings, if someone is like "whatever, it's not that big of a deal", do you accuse them of being secret agents? I bet that goes over well at the dinner table. Oh, and please, don't tell us that you guys are super-genius and we simply cannot see what's happening.

Now, back to the other table and let's keep the noise down. If you get bored, think about this: I heard Fluffy is a secret agent, it's probably best if you keep an eye on her.

Everyone mentioned in post 173 has an ax to grind. Jim Sensenbrenner and his democrat co-sponsor, too!

Did they also accuse DP members of being secret agents working for government domination?

Let's be honest, that's just the fantasy of a few confused and misguided individuals here.

.

but don't forget that some of us are working for the clandestine consortium that actually pulls the strings of our government.

We are working feverishly at the moment to discover who is pulling ours. We are close. Real close.......

Except we're not talking about any group (country, race, religion, organization, etc). We're talking about the NSA. An organization who's very mandate is to ferret out secrets. There is a right way to do this and a wrong way. They have already proven that they have no qualms about doing it the wrong way. If you want me to not take the OP at face value then you are going to have to prove the NSA's innocence.

The NSA is under fire from people all across the spectrum, they have a lot of splanin to do. And there's bi-partisan support for reform, yet we still have lagers thinking its all a huge crowd of anti-government types with an ax to grind. Makes one wonder.

Damn it, agent 003, back in your gimp box! How many times are you gonna expose the conspiracy and ruin it for all of us! And you're not even full-blooded Jew. I don't know how we let you into this organization in the first place.

*flashy device*

First of all, you can only speak for yourself regarding your first sentence. You haven't a clue as to the real identities of all the members on this message board. Besides, if you were a secret agent, you wouldn't admit to it to begin with. No agent or shill would. That's part of their function. And it's a growing industry - the use of shills - Israel, for example, hires college students to promote and say nice things about mother Israel.
Israel to pay students to defend it online
Israel plans to recruit students for online diplomacy - Los Angeles Times
Government to use citizens as army in social media war | JPost | Israel News
Covert Twitter Ops: Israel's Latest (Mis)Adventure in Digital Diplomacy
But Israel is far from being the only country to use its citizens online to defend it.

As to your second sentence, bull****. Those of us that love the United States want to see it dominate the world, remain the only superpower and get even stronger than it is now while conquering more of its enemies.

Regarding your third and fourth sentences: mountain of a molehill? You'd say that to every American that is upset about the N.S.A., an intelligence agency, gathering data on them? So you're cool with the N.S.A. collecting YOUR personal data? You probably don't care because you're a cheerleader for the government spying on us.

And I don't want you to misinterpret what I am saying again. When I say you're a cheerleader for the government spying on us, that doesn't mean I'm saying you're a government plant or shill here at this forum, what I am saying is that there is a group of users like yourself that condone N.S.A. spying on American citizens and defend that spying in every thread that it is brought up in.

But it was nevertheless amusing watching you make an ass out of yourself with the assumptions and "creative" anti-conspiracy theorist diatribe.

What do you know about their function? Perhaps I could say that I am a secret Israeli-directed world-domination special agent just so that you wouldn't know? Reverse psychology!

You're right, we can't know anything. Life is a blind guess, at best.

What personal data? What spying?

What I'm refuting is your claim to total knowledge of the current system. This whole "they're doing nothing bad, I know, don't worry about it" line you keep throwing out seems completely unsupported. Even if you had worked for the NSA in some capacity, I highly doubt you were allowed access to all the secrets and I doubt even further that they send you a news letter to keep you apprised of current and future secrets. So your completely dismissive statements when people critique and criticize current action is moot. It is at very best just as dubious a claim as you say others have when talking of NSA action. You don't know. You at best have a small subset of knowledge, but of the whole? Doubtful. Of the whole currently? Certainly not.

Nor can anyone refute your imagination, which is really the point here.

They also targeting progressive and liberal groups to. So no they were doing their job, nice try tho. (but lets not derail this thread tho this is not abotu the IRS)

I guess the NSA is just doing their job too.

I'm not the one making up things that the NSA might be doing: that's you.

You're making up knowledge of the entire system. You do not know. You pretend to know, you tell everyone you know; but you do not. As I said, at very best your claim is just as dubious a claim as you say others have when talking of NSA action.

Must be a whole lot of people making **** up then.
