Sane being the key word. The fact that he was polite to a Civilian shows how he only wished to target military men and women. The politeness and being an all around "young bloke" was irrelevant. The fact that he was sane to stand trial is the key point.

The USA outlawed lynch mobs a long time ago, but if those two terrorists went on trial in the USA for a similar crime it's very likely that they would end up on death row and never walk out of prison.

I don't agree with everything you sai in this thread. I think the doctor did his job correctly in saying that the killer can be tried in court and I hope they find him guilty and sentence him to life in prison. You are saying that the doctor did something wrong, which I, and anyone else who isn't mentally retarded, disagree with. Thats why people are posting in this stupid thread youve made. To correct your lies that the doctor did anything wrong.
