You were correct about Perot..None of the trade deals has worked out well..
This latest fast track treaty is being trashed heavily on the Ed Show and by Union folks..
This may help the deal with the GOP, reverse psychology..But Obama wants it..
I don't suppose a USA Company competing against a Communist nation is a fair deal .

Yes I am, according to the Constitution they are only required to meet once per year. Relax man, we'll achieve total socialism soon enough.

Satisfy the most vocal conservative critics of Obama--Resigning is too easy on him..
Even impeachment doesn't top what they did to Clinton, but they can hold 3 years of kangaroo courts for the 2016 election..
No, they want to make him twist and turn with blockades at each interval..
They want to spread lies on Obama and then say Obama is 'taking lying to a new level' Sen. Cornyn on Politico .

FOX is like living down-wind of the Oil refinery in Cheyenne, Wyoming on far east side of town..

I don't think he should pay any attention to those vocal conservative critics or congressmen for that matter. It is the middle that counts, that group of the electorate this is known as independents. Forget the far right, put them out of his mind as he will never please them. But what I was getting at and I will show my age. Eisenhower had one of the closed working relationships with LBJ, then the Democratic Senate Majority leader as any president I know of. They had strategy meetings at the White House at least 3 times a week as to how to get IKE's agenda through congress. Then JFK and LBJ worked real close with Everitt Dirksen, then the Republican minority leader of the senate to accomplish the same thing and by pass a lot of conservative Southern Democrats.

Reagan and Tip O'Neal had many feuds, but worked closely to get what then President Reagan wanted through his Democratic controlled house and Reagan gave Tip quite a lot of what he wanted in return. Even Bush the first had Rostinkowski to work with. Clinton would talk with First Dole and then Lott, also with Gingrich to see what was possible and what wasn't. Clinton didn't have that close working relationship that other presidents had, but at least the GOP was willing to give and take with him in order to get things passed through congress.

The thing here is that IKE, JFK, LBJ, Reagan and to a lesser extent Clinton made the first move to develop a working relationship. It after all is the president's job to reach across the aisle first. Obama has never done this. His first two years he didn't need to, his huge majorities in both chambers made reaching across the aisle unnecessary to get what he wanted through congress. Then 2010 happened, if there was a time to reach across the aisle to find someone, anyone for him to work with, that was the time. Now IMO it is way too late.
This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

I don't either. Clinton wanted NAFTA and the WTO too. I could never figure that out.

The 1 Dec update number 4 has been posted. Personally I think January and February are the months to watch. Then the primaries, once names are placed next to an office, that changes the dynamics. I have been watching CNN a lot more lately than FOX. I never liked MSNBC outside of Mathews and when he went south so to speak I stopped watching him. Now I like to catch THE FIVE on FOX, but that is for Bob Beckel. a Carter holdover but one who knows politics inside and out. I also hopes Nate Silver comes back on line before the election next year. He promised he would, but he will be with ESPN instead of the NYT.
