Bingo, another example. We have the right to bear arms, you just might get arrested if anyone feels it is a threat, and all for exercising your constitutional right.
War is not a tool to satisfy your emotional outbursts.

To pay to exercise a right. In some states you cant carry (bear) guns (arms) without a license, which costs money. Isnt that charging people to exercise a right?

Right if it's a violation of your right to require a liscence to practice free speech it also should be a violation to require it to practice of your rights to arming yourself.
Islam is an antiquated religion and needs to either modernize with the times or be completely eradicated.
There are two types of Muslims, terrorists, and their enablers. They need to fix that if they want to be part of civilized society.

Well, whats YOUR opinion on the issue?

I think youd have to agree that its an infringement to be consistent.

    I say both are infringements.

I would see how both are infringements and the argument for that but then again if we want mental health checks and dont want crazy people getting weapons then there has to be some sort of safety checks.
Kinda like how you cant yell "fire!" in a crowded room.

Yeah but before you go into a crowded room does somebody come up to you and say "hey! Are you going to yell fire? You better not!"?

No, they do not. But then again how are we gonna stop crazy, mentally impaired, people from gaining firearm possession?

You cant. Even if we took the measure of mental health checks, people could always just go crazy without warning. Human mentality and emotions are unpredictable. The most we can do is shoot back when they snap.....

But i feel we are going off topic. Lets not derail this thread.

I agree with you that this is an infringement on the first amendment.
