The ancient genomes, one from a Neanderthal and one from a different archaic human group, the Denisovans, were presented on 18 November at a meeting at the Royal Society in London. They suggest that interbreeding went on between the members of several ancient human-like groups living in Europe and Asia more than 30,000 years ago, including an as-yet unknown human ancestor from Asia.

Hot damn y'all, an swar. I think I woke up with that beast about 30 years ago when I was exploring the optical distortion and memory loss attributes of various intoxicants. She was definitely Asian and the erectus part was authentic for sure. I would say "if memory serves me correctly" but I'm sure it doesn't. Not demeaning Asians as they are my preferred females. Ichi ban, don't ya' know.

They each have their own charm. I'm going through them all myself, for the first time. Trek was stigmatized when I was much younger (albeit, I am still pretty young to many folks here) for being urber nerdy in comparison with the opera mysticism of Star Wars. I figured Next Generation would be the best transition for myself, and I enjoyed it a lot. The others have their own charm, including the original.

That said, I can't help but think that first mating was inconsequential for both parties :p
