BILL CLINTON TO OBAMA: 'Honor Your Commitment' On Obamacare

Going to be hard for her to distance herself from it when the individual mandate was originally what Obama ran against her on. I could be mistaken but the current ACA sounds more like what Clinton ran on rather than Obama. When Obama ran against her I remember him constantly saying the plan should be something people wanted to buy and not forced into like her plan would do.

I figure Bill continues to tout her plan development and style as superior, then she proposes some changes to the ACA.

Re: Racist Bill Clinton Criticizes President Obama

Problem is with using that source as an OP. It requires anyone interested to double-check the information, and any analysis or conclusions are highly suspect and most certainly slanted viciously.

Just because the basic premise of the article is true does not make the article believable in its entirety. And with that site, the basis could be false by misrepresentation. It's just a crappy blog, this place would be an equivalent citation.

Not if they are actually debating and discussing the topic. Wherein validation and references can be brought to bare. All that comes out in the wash. Trying to say there is no dirty laundry/aka the source and its Topic. Is to begin with a false premise anyways.

I can and will continue to criticize sources, especially in OPs.

Good day.

Nice one Erod.

That should take care of any that don't know about Media Sources in the first place. ;)

Anytime they start complainin about any reference sources that have been validated. Slam that **** home on them.

That's a partisan rag, a blog and foxnews. "Slam that **** home" all ya like, but it will make you stupid and it will make you look like an idiot.

ps. Bold is capitalized for no reason and ironic. With the smileys and other crap, it looks like debating a child that should be at the small table.

Looks like those other news sources slammed home and validated the Source and the Topic. Which again would come out in a so called debate. So again that still doesn't change up the facts about beginning with a false premise in the first place.

Who cares....if one or others are talking with one and next to them in person. One or the others wouldn't say **** about grammar. Nor the way they talked. Nor would one others be able to do anything about which words were used for added emphasis. Except take that in notice.

Good day.

That's alright.....you can and should. But you do need to know what you are talking about when it comes to new sources. Which so far you haven't been able to demonstrate.

Good or bad.....I Get By.

Re: Racist Bill Clinton Criticizes President Obama

So, Obama can now dictate to the insurance company that the citizen can maintain the previous policy they had with them?

No, he can't. He can only permit them to do that, he can't require them to do it. And if Congress tries that the insurance companies will fight it in court, and it will take years to resolve. In the meantime we'll have a mess. It may mean that people won't be able to get insurance at all.

The reward the insurance companies were supposed to get for putting up with all this was a big pool of happy, healthy paying customers. If they don't get that then the whole thing goes down in flames. They will withdraw from the market or go out of business. Letting people continue with their old policies is not going to cut it.

There are many possiblities, of course, but all of them must involve taking care of the insurance companies. I don't see single payer as politically feasible.

The only thing that matters is if he said it, which he did and I saw it on video. It's a purely political statement, or his own gain.

This is a debate website. I'm free to criticize sources and will continue to do so especially regarding OPs.

And a good day to you sir.

You can criticize it, but it was still true....and there are multiple sources reporting it.

And a.....thank you my Independent-wing friend.

Re: Racist Bill Clinton Criticizes President Obama

Correct me if I'm wrong but hasn't he already 'dictated' through the 'grandfathering' provisions?

I thought so. But there was a "loophole," as I understand it, that if their policy changes in the interim, it would not qualify to be grandfathered.

I am curious, in all the negotiations, who created that "loophole" and why?

Pretty bad when Klinkton is telling you not to lie.

As I understand it the 'Secretary' (as stated in PPACA) had the obligation/job to create the specific regulations regarding the grandfathered policies and thereby the 'loopholes'...
