It's pretty obvious that she was fired for talking to the media about her job and was bad-mouthing her employer. I don't really see how anyone could look at it any other way without revealing themselves to be ignorant partisans.
edit: and I listened to the call btw. I knew she was going to be fired as soon as Hannity mentioned that he was calling.
For those who don't know, every call center I've ever been to or had friends work at mentioned that there's no talking to the media or allowing for the recording of phone calls. This woman was denser than a brick if she thinks that it was appropriate to talk to the media.
