Do Executive Orders explain the missed deadlines ... no.
They did explain them. The Treasury said they wouldn't be able to meet the deadlines required and listed multiple cases of where postponements were issued by executive order in the past.

No getting around it ... this is what a giant step toward redistribution looks like.
My view of the constitution has been the practice since the founding. Judicial review is a result of interpretation of the constitution.

They died in the Senate like all the House bills because the House is not the sole decider in our form of Govt. They must pass bills that the Senate will also pass or they are failures. The House failed at governing and we all paid the price.,

Yes ... interpretation ... not cursory incidental reference in order to arrive at the desired conclusion.

The ones in question dealing with the shutdown weren't even taken up ... so "died in the Senate" is misleading ... you didn't intend to mislead, did you?

I would say BOTH the House and Senate failed along with the president on this one. All sides needed to work together on passing a budget and all failed.
