That other girl was 13 and with a 15 year old.
He was charged as a juvenile, but she failed to cooperate.
Don't confuse the two separate cases.
This is about the first one, not the 13 with the 15 year old.

Whatever, I mean really you are making so many excuses and for what? The type of guy who would get a 14 year old girl drunk, screw her, and then leave her out in the cold. Yeah, that is wrong. it is a good thing you will not be prosecuting this.

What excuses? His actions were not illegal. That is not an excuse, but a fact.
You are again showing how misinformed you are about this incident.
She was drinking before she left her house.
And dropping her off at her house is not leaving her out in the cold.
Learn the damn facts before engaging your fingertips.

To prosecute something it has to actually be a crime. I can't dumb it down any more than that.
