There are consequences for false claiming. They can be quite serious in the case of false sexual abuse claims -- including jail time.

The investigation seems decent. It's everything that happened around it that is horrifying.

Again, I have spent virtually no time at all discussing the actual case. I am discussing the social climate. Pay attention and try to keep up.

No, it very much does. You say you're against "false allegations," and treating people as guilty before that's known, but you're doing both, with the whole town.

Because your group as a whole still does. Much like you mentioned rabid animal packs, so dude live with it since it is your group that has created much of the societal woes we see today

Let the facts be shown, and let the process work as it's designed.

If, after a less biased and less "connected" legal investigation proves there's insufficient evidence of any crimes committed I'll gladly support the decision.

Nothing else is being asked for by anyone.

That all would be more convincing if you hadn't spent page after page saying how guilty the kid is. Saying you just wanted "fair and honest justice" is a lie. You want a conviction. I can show you post after post where where you presume the kid is guilty so, with all due respect, it is you who's full of it.

The facts have been shown. There was mutual consent. The allegations were false. And the process did work.
