I agree that we already have a one party system of sorts... but i'm completely uncomfortable about having one in earnest...
I need you conservatives to mitigate the stupidity of progressives.. and i need progressives to mitigate the stupidity of conservatives.

for Christs sake, we all know you aren't going to allow anyone else in the big plantation house, ya might as well let us field hands think you guys are doing something for us once in a while... just keep a check on each other and we'll keep pretending y'all actually give a **** about the rest of us.
It isn't the stupidity of the Progressives that's the problem, it's the stupidity of the voters. An ugly fact, but true.

I have no clue what this meme nonsense is about. If your dem masters push for gun bans, cutting the military to the bone etc, the dems will take a beating akin to what they took in 94

GOP In Grave Danger Of Losing House In 2014....

Makes me wonder, what do they have to lose by lighting a match and watching things burn?

    Let the negotiations begin!
Talk about extreme, Democrats are not even that stupid to even begin to ask for such legislation.

What is burning is Obamacare. What is in danger is the Dems losing the senate and the WH.

well, if you lived there and registered to vote, you'd definitely know it... if ya don't live there, it's irrelevant to you anyways <shrugs>
I don't know any other districts besides my own...

there are maps that show the borders of each district of each state ( don't expect the border to make sense.. gerrymandering has gone on non stop for much longer than i've been alive)
I'd show you the government site that shows the map, but the website is shutdown because of our lil idiot crisis here.

What ... republicons eating their own?
That's not a prediction bud ... That's happening right now!

"Conservatives Eat Their Own for Profit." That's the extraordinary headline leading the front page of Texas Republican Rep. Pete Sessions's website. It's perhaps the most dramatic sign of a deep rift within the GOP.

The headline leads into an op-ed attacking Jim DeMint, which Sessions has posted at full length on his site. Authored by Brian Walsh, communications aide to Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), the piece is a response to Jim DeMint's attacks on Sessions.

DeMint called Sessions a RINO for opposing Ted Cruz's push to defund Obamacare as a condition of funding government. Not only that, DeMint's Heritage Foundation has threatened to "actively recruit and fund a primary challenger" against Sessions for being insufficiently conservative.

A Jim DeMint ally said of Sessions, "we can't sit back and let wishy-washy Republicans like Pete Sessions destroy our freedoms."

Sessions isn't much of a RINO by most definitions. He can take a lot of credit for the many Tea Party congress members elected in 2010, when he was chair of the National Republican Congressional Committee.

The op-ed not only rebuts the charges against Sessions. It also accuses DeMint and his workforce at Heritage Action of making a personal profit out of fundraising. "Attacking Republicans is apparently a very profitable fundraising business," the op-ed concludes.
When the moderates and even not so moderates refuse to play TEA crazy for the big money like the Kochs, they are threatened with being primaried.
The money not judgement is making the decisions for your party.
Your party is doomed to implode.

no.. the whole " the GOP will implode!" nonsense... nonsense that progressives just can't stop predicting.

I'd welcome both parties imploding and disappearing.. but it won't happen... it's nonsense.

"eating their own" is healthy.. Democrats should learn to do it once in a while.

And this is why the tea party wants to punish America: they elected a black president who passed health care reform. The tea party just can't come to terms with that.
