Americans blame Obamacare already for higher costs

Also the American people would be correct in blaming Obamacare for jump in their premiums. Private industry has to actually project future costs and outlays and calculate those into their capital needs today. In other words, they plan for the future.

Higher premiums now are so that they have enough to pay pay for all the "free" stuff in the ACA. We are all now being charged, for example, for the "free" contraceptives that the insurance companies will now have to pay for because they don't print money.
