Obamacare Could Be a Fraudsters’ Free-For-All

Who says fraud never happened, and how does that make this fraud okay?

It doesn't make it ok, but you don't throw out a program because it "could" have fraud. EVERY program has fraud to it.

And since I'll probably get a response about it, no I don't support Obamacare however just because a program could have fraud to it doesn't mean THAT should be the reason to not implement it. There are plenty of other reasons against Obamacare, this shouldn't be a defining one.

I'm not worried about fraud with Obamacare, I'm worried about incompetancy with it.

it is nothing compared to anything the government has its hands in

Significant improvements to the medicare fraud prevention system are included in Obamacare. Also, private insurance companies are so good at cutting down on fraud that they manage to deny legitimate claims every day! Go free market!

Aren't those the provisions that have been "delayed" for at least a year? Last I heard, they take your word for whether or not you get the subsidy.

No, not quite. The Medicare antifraud provisions are in place.

check out USA Today, Obamacare is a failure in the public eye

It was simply erroneous.

Yeah, especially since you didn't get it.

Liberals, unions, government workers....are running for cover from this abortion of a healthcare plan. Don't deny it.

But apparently they are not very effective. And the verification of eligibility for ObamaCare subsidies has been delayed for at least a year.
