I not only think, I know that the police arrested innocent law abiding citizens by the truckload during the OWS protests

I'm pretty sure the underlying reason for his arrest was that he broke the law

Sharona, prostitution is illegal in VA, but my driving to a ho house isn't. You can't just arrest someone for what they might do.

The police arrested this person for what he was going to do. There may be valid violations of the law here, but burning books in a protest is not one f vthem.

Mass protest without a permit is not law abiding.

You think mass assembling on the Brooklyn Bridge is reasonable activity?

The law seems to think so, and the court agreed.
