Like I said to another poster, I'll clarify by adding that any group of people of any race would be angry if they were 'kicked out' because they were a certain race. Blacks are extremely sensitive to racism and if something this blatantly racist were to actually happen, we would have a much larger story.

LOL...the fact that you would fall further back on stereotypes and talking points just displays again that you are so out of touch with reality that you can't even recognize it. If you really want to know I have worked in several fields of law including civil rights, criminal prosecution and criminal defense. Oh....and by the way, if you ask most anyone who work in the criminal justice field they will tell you that public defenders are probably the best criminal defense attorneys out there. As a matter of fact, I often went to them to get the layout of the court in order to help me with my representation. You really should get out more.

and like the black group, members of the white group could allege racism as the basis for their ejection from the premises
the difficulty, for either group, is to prove that the reason for their treatment was due to their race/ethnicity/color

Let's be honest, folks would just point and laugh at any white group's claim of racism, nor would a group of white folks likely play that card. This is behavior black comedians lampoon about "black culture" all the time. Get loud, rowdy and inconsiderate, get called on it, cry racism.

Just watched the original Scary Movie again last night, the theatre scene is dead on here.

It's only not funny if you let it affect you personally when it doesn't have to. The same goes for racism / racial humor towards any race, if you let it offend you, it has power over you.

The greater difficulty would be in recognizing your own faults and coming to the realization that it might have had absolutely nothing to do with race/ethnicity/color.

The problem is on people who take simple, humorous observations of a culture too seriously and cry racism.

You can keep being offended and living a life of anger while the rest of us just live our lives.

Well then the Wayans Brothers and a whole lot of other black comedians are racist as hell as are the black people in their audience laughing like crazy. Major fail.

Kids, everyone who isn't mentally ill prefers their own race over another. It's always been that way and it always will. Humans are tribal animals.
That isn't "racism" and it isn't wrong.
There are proven, measurable differences between the races. It's a proven fact.

Human beings are a species and the races are different breeds within that species.

For example, all dogs are canines. There are different breeds of dog and they have different abilities and skills. You don't use chihuahuas to run deer and you don't use wolfhounds as retrievers.
People have been so indoctrinated for so many years that they don't even bother to think for themselves anymore and anyone who acknowledges that race exists or notices a difference is a "racist".

You make a lot of assumptions here. First of all "blacks are extremely sensitive to racism" What exactly does that mean? It implies an awful lot.

Secondly, why would it be a bigger story if racism was actually involved. It don't follow your logic there

There would be a much bigger stink about this because of how blatantly wrong it would be to kick a group of people out of a restaurant because of their skin color...

People were asked to leave because they were being disruptive and they played the race card - now they are getting media attention.

Definitely!

I am as against racism as anyone. I do, however, think that black people claim racism when it is often not the case, and that the little boy who cried wolf affect is easily applied here.
